Y'all, I gotta pull outta the GC challenge. It's too much. I done joined WW yahoo groups, started blogging about the weightloss, reading about it, I'm so consumed with it I'm sick of it. Good luck to ALL of you and I'll still check in here every now and again. I'm still on the bandwagon and not giving up, but I'm wearing myself thin.

I only weigh myself on Mondays and I lost 4 lbs last week!! :p

This is making me so conscious of how I'm living!! :) I know what I have been doing wrong I just didn't have the motivation to stop. This thread has helped me. I haven't weighed myself but my slacks are a little looser. ;)
