i finally saw an episode of this season last night. the yield should not have been used.

I was also impressed with how Ray, who suffered because of the driving, was able to psych out the Clone. Of course, Ray and Yolanda have been coasting and have to pick up the pace more to stay in the game.

From the game perspective, the yield is wisely used by Lake/Michelle.
If you know that there are only two teams behind you by a hair, of course you want to use the yield. I think the only reason they didn't yield Ray/Yolanda is because they didn't know which other team behind, except the Pinkies.

I wonder if more teams will start to use the yield, now.

I don't see why not. I am amazed how many people have not used it over the seasons.

I think queequek is right -- this was one of the smarter uses of the yield I have seen.

Their nerd love is so sickeningly sweet. I want the word "baby" to be stricken from TAR lexicon.

Lake is actually starting to grow on me with his gravy, country fried way of cursing: "dadgummit", "mamyjammer", "gawwlee". :o

My husband, who is really a non-judgmental guy, saw them on the first episode and said "They should not be allowed to ever procreate with one another!!" :eek: It was pretty funny though...
