I think I will go with the over-ear ones now, but does anybody know of a good and not too expensive for my broke ass pair that folds? I carry so much crap around in my bag every day that I don't want to deal with the bulk of headpones too. |

Sennheiser PX200 The MSRP isn't even close - I paid $50 and that was at a freaking Guitar Center (although, to be fair, he may have thought he was selling me the PX100s... anyway), amazon quickly becomes a blowout. For $35ish you can get these, which are behind-the-head . . . check the website, but there are a surprising number of dealers. You'll never buy anything Sony-related again - the sound quality is incredible, even on the low-end ones, and they put up with a LOT more abuse. The PX (over-the-head) ones fold extremely nicely, and even come with a hardcase to keep them in when folded. I don't even want to tell you what I paid for the high-end pair for my cube, but let's just say they're completely incredible and worth every penny. |

I could use some decent earbud-style headphones for less than $50 or so. Is there such a thing? I got the Apple ones and they're okay, but I don't love them. They're hard to position just right and move around too much when I'm running, plus it's super annoying when the cord hits anything -- you can hear it.

I just got an iPod Nano and I have a question.
I'm pretty sure all my music is downloaded and my battery is charged, however, it keeps flashing Do Not Disconnect at me. What does this mean, and when will it let me disconnect. |

It means the USB link is still 'solid' and it's receiving power from an outside source - if it's linked to the computer, you can either right-click the USB icon on the task bar (it's a gray thing with a green arrow over the top, when you hold the mouse over it it will say "Safely Remove Hardware") and use the "stop" command, or you can right-click on your iPod's name in iTunes and hit "eject" to stop it. If it's plugged into another source, there's no file-transfer link (just charging) so you can most likely just pull it out, although if it's docked it may be helpful to turn off/unplug what it's docked to. |
Thanks guys for your help. I tried using the "stop" feature but it said it couldn't do it. I just ended up turning off my computer and everything was fine.
