I personally welcome the end of the world.....

because that means I don't have to go to work the next morning.

I'm supposed to go on vacation on June 8th, and I've been looking forward to it for a while now, and I will be PISSED if the world ends 2 days before!!! :mad:

On the other hand, I wouldn't have to go to work anymore.....but I still want to go on vacation....

so nothing happened the last time or on the hundreds of predictions before that. in 9 days it will be 12/21/12. this one is definitely the end! the aliens are on their way.

My husband's birthday is 12/21 so I keep telling him to enjoy his last. ;)

Hypo is flying home that day so I figure the world will end while she's in flight and she'll be among the sole survivors.

My old team kept a centrally located out of office calendar so you would know who is out when. On 12/21, he wrote "end of the world, no work" and drew and arrow through the rest of Dec. :D

The only thing I'm wary about on 12/21 are the CRAZIES. We were out in the city last years on NYE and we saw lots of crazies with end of the world related signs. They make me more uncomfortable than anything. I'm seriously considering driving to work that day to avoid public transportation.
