Ok just picked up my invites...sorta depressed, but hopefully things work out ok. I was invited back to the following houses:

Stardust
Fleur
Judgement
Casanova
Touch of Class
Fantasia

My fav's dropped me...and I'm pretty sure I know why, but I will post that at the end...I don't want to give anything away!!!

I guess I'm not too upset, Touch of Class was my number 2 house, and I've heard tons of stories of girls getting dropped by all their top houses but 1, and ending up there...so hopefully that works out for me too!! So this is how I'm ranking them

I know the last 2 or 3 aren't for me, especially the very last one, but I am going to be as open minded as I can be going through the houses again today!

I visit the houses at 10:45, 11:30, 1:00, 3:00, 5:15 and 6:00.

Ok, so I went to my remaining 3 houses yesterday after our lunch break, and again...Touch of Class blew me away!! The girls were so incredibly sweet and down to earth, I loooooooved their skit, the house is beautiful...I could see myself wearing their letters :-) I'm just praying I don't get dropped from that house because out of my 6...it is the only house I'm really in love with. I could also see myself with Judgement, but I don't have as strong of feelings for it. I am still torn on Casanova...I liked the girls, but I can't tell if I'm a good fit with them. But as long as I get invited back I will continue to go and keep an open mind.

I don't find out who I get invited back to until Friday (we go to a max of 6)...it will be a long week

Recruitment is an emotional process. Some houses can definitely catch your eye later in the week and surprise you. Have fun waiting!

Definitely worth repeating - the GLOs which may not have impressed you initially may *WOW* you as you get closer to Pref!

I'm going to continue the "broken record" and encourage you to remain open about all of the groups you get invited back to. As we've seen from other threads this year, opinions about houses change throughout the process. I would hate to see you miss out on a wonderful group by not maximizing your opportunities.

I definitely plan on going to all the houses I get invited back to with an open mind. I've read tons of stories on here about girls falling in love with houses in the last couple rounds. I just really hope I have the opportunity to attend my fav house too, because so far it seems like the best fit. And even though I will continue with recruitment if I get dropped, I know I will be very upset Friday if their name is not on my list. But positive, happy thoughts!! My conversation went really really well with the 2 girls I talked soooo hopefully that's a sign!! Thank you to everyone who has wished me luck! It means a lot!! I will update Friday, but it won't be til late b/c we pick up our invites at 5 and go to the first house at 5:30. I believe we are done at 11 something?

Ok quick update...I still have 1 house to go to tonight...I got invited back to 5 out of a possible 6. Not too shabby...but of course, the house that dropped me was my favorite :-( The further I go in these rounds the more and more I feel like I don't fit in 3 of the houses I keep getting back. Again...the girls are all really nice, but I just can't see them being my sisters. My number 2 house - Judgement - I'm still really really hoping I end up in, and my feelings on Casanova were definitely changed tonight. For the first time I felt like I really clicked with the girls I talked to...so I'm feeling better about that. The other 3 I really just don't think are for me. I'm suuuuuper paranoid that those will be the 3 houses I get invited back to tomorrow for pref. I think if that happens, I will be dropping. I know everyone says that feelings can change as rush goes on...but tomorrow is the last day, and everyday I feel more and more like I don't belong...so I don't think pref will change that. Well...My last house is Judgement tonight...10:30-11:15! So I'm going to freshen up a bit and head out!! Wish me luck...I need it!

If it makes you feel better I thought I had this one favorite house, and then they cut me....so I forced myself to go back and then I found out slowly I belonged somewhere else. So to make a long story short - what at first seems like your favorite, may not be by the end of the week. B/c I wouldn't trade my house for anything!!
