Oops, my bad! :p I got all mixed up with the merger last night. I think I would fire Craig or Bren on Magna. Craig hasn't stepped up to be a leader yet, and Bren is either macking on the ladies (ew) or coming up with sexually themed concepts. Wasn't it him who came up with the idea to use the 'MILF' caption for Tana when she was on the auction program last night?

Tana was cracking me up though..."get crunk-tified so you can stay crunky with Lil John all night long...we're gonna crunk you up!" She is a very good salesperson, and I thought she did a great job last night.

Don't know...I thought Craig kinda stepped up last night. Even though he got sent over to Magna, everyone on NetWorth knew that Chris just shot himself in the foot. I think Craig's done his share so far, despite not being project manager.

No excuses though, he'll be up as PM soon enough.

Am I the only one who is THRILLED that Erin is gone?? The "corporate powerhouse attorney" comment literally made me spit out the wine I was drinking while enjoying her pathetic attempt to save herself !!

Yeah, I was hoping she'd be gone as well. "As a former beauty queen, I know what a crown is, but I don't know what crown molding is!" Uhhhhh, go away.

It was very interesting to me how the project leader (the quiet black guy) was totally deserted by his team, but he got everything ready, was joined by his team in the end, and pulled off a win.

There are many ways to be a leader - I believe each of us has his own style of leadership, and you are the most effective being yourself.

Their prize seemed to be loved by the team, but I thought it was kind of lame compared to others' fancy dinners and trips.

Wow! She did NOT say that! I only saw the last half....I'll have to catch the replay to see that comment.

I was watching the end of the episode and missed the comment which got Erin fired. It was like I blinked and all of a sudden everyone was like "Woah! That was dumb...you're fired." What did she say? Was that when she made the "crown molding" comment?

Thanks! Heh, funny enough, I just saw the very end of the re-run just now. (Why is it that I only manage to ever see the last 5 minutes of this show?? LOL) I made sure to stare at the TV so I wouldn't miss it this time! Yeah, she was being flippant wasn't she?

Ummm, the word, Ms. Beauty-Queen-turned-Corporate-Powerhouse-Attorney, is "pertinent," not "poignant."

Erin was a joke.

Craig's box idea, however, was anything but a joke. It was fantastic. Aside from the possibilities for a toy chest or the like, and the possibilities for family involvement, it taught a very basic wood-working skill -- building a box -- that has lots of different applications and that anyone who's going to do DIY wood-working projects needs to know. I was not at all surprised that Home Depot loved it. I hope Craig got appropriate apologies from everyone on his team.

I agree. Although, the last few epsiodes I found myself liking her for some reason.

You know it KILLED Trump to have to fire her - he really liked her for some reason.

I think Erin's winking at Trump was a little too much. She was doing well and she only screwed herself by trying to flirt w/ him.
