I want a caramel apple soooooo badly right now. But not so badly that I'd get in my car and drive down the street for one right now...maybe I'll eat one for breakfast tomorrow.

I'm not sure how I feel about caramel and coconut. I like coconut with chocolate, and caramel with chocolate, maybe if you combined all three I'd like it. Hmm.

My favorite caramel candies are the caramel/chocolate Hershey kisses, and those little caramel cubes. I dont know what they are called, but they are magically delicious :)

The only products I enjoy with Car-Mel flavoring is Nestle's Drumstick Ice Cream Cones.

The greatest caramel candy of all time was featured on the food channel...they are called Modjeskas and they are made by some candy folk in Kentucky I think. They are homemade marshmallows covered in caramel.
My BF wanted to try them after he watched the episode, so I ordered some online for him. When I got them we both tore into the box. I've ordered twice since then, the first bite is heaven.

My mom also makes a kick ass dessert that's called pot-de-creme, caramel flavor. Yum...I think I need to get that recipe. :D
