I saw it recorded on the TIVO, but was tired and almost went to bed w/o watching. Instead, I stayed up 2 hours past my bedtime and cried the whole entire time. Awesome show. Steffen is such an inspiration. Wow. Just wow.

I saw most of the 2nd hour but somehow missed the 1st. Darned DVR didn't pick up the season pass for some reason?!?!

Once again, I adore this show.

great episode. i can sort of relate to the family. i have a deaf cousin who i was close to while growing up. he is now at a deaf university in washington dc, but we dont see him until school holidays and stuff.

OMG!!!!!!!!!! i cried from start to finish......Steffen is soo deserving of that scholarshoip and is such a wonderful example of his age group.

I have to agree with you the ending watching lance on the swing made me bawl even more. very emotional.

Your right it is good when it effects Ty. You can tell it really effected him when they sat him in the room with lance's teachers from school giving him a taste of what it is like with what lance goes thru, I love all of them and i thought it was so cool for paul to build the swing. It was sooo touching to see preston holding lance.....dam i am getting misty-eyed right now. This season is sooo much better than last and last season had some REALLLLLY good shows too.

I LOVE this show!

Their son stephen is amazing. That kid deserves every cent of that scholarship and more. I have to say this is one of the episodes where I think the family truely needed a makeover

The company I work for publishes the PR magazine for the equipment distributor (not the construction company) that donated some of the construction equipment for tonight's show. We're running a little 1-page interest feature on it in their next magazine. Unfortunately, no direct quotes from Ty. ;)

What a sweet family! And how fun, Kermit, Fozzie, Miss Piggy & Animal are there to help!

AznSAE 03-07-2005 11:42 AM

question: do the families have to pay for a portion of the house or is it all free?
