I had THE best time hanging out with a bunch of 15 year olds yesterday and then 2 lastnight... I know.. I'm wicked lame :p:

today i had a total day of indepence..it was great!!!

none of my friends wanted to ride to Raleigh with me and do some shopping, so i went by myself. I teated myself to some truffles at Godiva, bought a new kate spade at belk, and a dress from anne taylor. (all very needed purchases :rolleyes: )

here's the catch- truffles were 50% off..haha, so i bought more than I should

Kate Spade- $195, GOT IT FOR $80!!!! it was the sam bag with croc. handles, i think it must have been marked wrong, marked down to $135 and then 40% off that thank to belks red dot sale, but the lady gave it to me

Dress- marked from $95 down to $59, final price $26!!!

I think i need to shop alone more often!!! :p

I want a Kate Spade BADLY. But I can never spend that much (even the $80!!!) for a bag.. I just can't do it.

aww...i know how you feel! I think the rain has set in...after all, it wouldn't be eastern NC if it didn't rain everyday! Whats everyone doing for the weekend? I have to take my dead guinea pig back to petsmart and then hopefully catch the concert on the lawn (if its not raining)...if not, its the gym, tanning bed, and cleaning tonight. All of us are soo tired from teaching this weekend, we are going to go out in grand style tomorrow night! :D

AWE.. I am so bored.. I only have 45 minutes to go at work!!!

This weekend... hmmm...

I have a breakfast date with my mentor from my church (bright and early at 8am!! :p)

Then, in the afternoon.. a BBQ at my best friend from home's house... a going away BBQ with all my friends form home for me (I'm going back to school next Saturday morning)

On a positive note.. my mom bought me a wicked cute turtle hook thinger (like for coats or whatever. :) its so cute :)

Whats everyone up to? The weather here is terrible, thanks to lots of tropical storms on the way. You know its bad when they put a flood warning up from noon on thurs. until noon on Sunday. The school day is moving sloowwwwwwww.

Pier one had all of their turtle stuff on sale the other day when I went...check it out!

I'm sorry I haven't been around.. I had an icky week and I've been busy packing to move back up to school.

I'm at school.. partially unpacked in my lonely apartment now.. so I'll be posting a TON more! :)

I am excited though.. tomorrow.. 2 of my pledge sisters will be living with me for the next 2 weeks. Sooo.. that will take the loneliness out of the apt :)

Ok.. time to make some dinner and unpack some more!!

^ Congrats on your new place and having awesome roommates. I have been sooo lazy since I graduated in '01. I still live in the same apartment I was in my senior year. I was doing my student teaching then and my parents told me that I could move into an apartment and live by myself if I could find one affordable. So, I moved off the hall and by myself. It worked out good that year, and living alone was much easier considering I was basically teaching all the time and the commute to my school was 45 min- 1 hour each day. I really didn't have time to hang out and party. After graduation, I got a job here in Wilson...seriously like 2 days afterwards! So...I figured, don't have to look for a job, already have an apartment, I can be lazy all summer! I've been here ever since! I keep saying I am going to move, it just hasn't happened yet. I hate moving. I miss having roommates sometimes though. Does anyone else live alone?

It has rained here all weekend...I have been soooo lazy. Whats everyone else up to?

I live by myself and it is most of the time ok. But during the summer it is pretty bad because no one is here so I sit and do nothing all day.
I'm having a bad week because I am really frustrated with some of my sisters. They are acting really "clicky" and never invite anyone else to do anything. They are the only sisters I have in town this summer so it sucks bad. I just can't wait until my realy friends come back to town.

^aww...I'm sorry! I hate it when friends get all clicky. When does school start back for you?

I am trying to make the cut for the volleyball team I coach. I had 35 girls try out...7 returners from last year. I can only keep 15, at the most. This is the worst part about coaching!!! So far I am solid on 13, 2 more spots to fill. UGHHHH!!!!! I have to post the list tomorrow morning!

We have a new system at school for the internet.. and I couldn't get on for 2 days.. it was driving me nuts! (I've been waiting for an email from my boss at home about work hours at night..)

I have 2 of my pledge sisters staying with me for 2 weeks.. Its great. I love my girls :D :D

I'm SO CLOSE to being done with packing.. I can not wait. I love being all unpacked because thwn I can focus on decorating :)
