Its snowing here!! It didnt seem cold enough last night, but at 8 am I was awakened by the cats smacking the window and meowing at the birds playing in the snow!! Its so pretty!!!!!

Its snowing in Dallas!!!!!!!!!! Yea!!!!! I'm sure it won't stick around for long though! :(

We got us a good dusting in 'Wide Awake' Wylie... maybe an inch or so, more on the way.

Actually, we got more ice than snow, but there was some snow mixed in there damnit!! I'm so excited!! :D

You notice that only people from the South are all excited about getting snow? I will gladly send this storm that's looming down there! They're talking anywhere between 6 and 12 inches here tonight/tomorrow morning. I told work if there are more than 5 inches of snow on the ground in the morning, I won't be in. I don't know if I'm hoping for that or not...lol. I don't want to go in tomorrow, but I also don't want to shovel all that mess. Good thing I have lots of cookies and fudge to offer neighbors who might shovel or snow blow for me :)

We're looking at 12-18 inches of snow by the time it all ends tomorrow night. We've got about 9" so far in my yard, and it's STILL pouring down. Y'all can have as much of my snow as you want!

I'll admit that it's quite pretty, and we are guaranteed a white Christmas.

It seems we have about 6 inches of snow so far. Eastern Michigan University AND Wayne State University are both officially closed today (which is an extremely rare thing). It's supposed to continue to snow until around 1 pm so we should have about 5 more inches by then. And, I'm staying home from work.. that's the good part!

I'm supposed to fly in to Cleveland tonight from Charlotte. 60 degrees with rain in Charlotte, day 2 of a massive blizzard in Cleveland. I don't have gloves. :( :eek:

My brother might take Greyhound from Columbus to Cleveland rather than drive home tomorrow. :(

That's what my mom said. My grandmother told me last night how a plane could not land for over an hour because the runway was covered with snow. :(

So on Monday it snowed ~ 2 inches, all the schools were closed, it was very cold etc...

This morning it's 54 degrees and all the snow is gone.

After today it's not supposed to get above freezing for the rest of the week.

Crazy New England weather...

i'm snowed in here in cincinnati.....there's up to 22 inches of snow here in some parts, topped off by the 3 inches or so of ice that showed up last night courtesy of the freezing rain :(
