Yup...in fact, SDT and ZBT have a very special connection, or so I've been told. :)
I know about the ZBT/SDT connection as well, although on our campus we are a lot closer with AEPi

D Phi E is NOT a Jewish sorority. On some campuses, they have a large Jewish sisterhood, but on most campuses, it's all mixed. So don't worry PiKA, you weren't out of the loop ;)

Thats funny, I never knew that DPhiE was a jewish sorority! We used to have them on campus but now we only have AEPhi. AEPi lost their charter a few years back because they had no jewish men in the chapter.

Campuses with Alpha Xi Delta Chapters also have....

37.3% Delta Zeta
34.5% Chi Omega
32.7% Zeta Tau Alpha
27.3% Alpha Chi Omega
26.4% Pi Beta Phi
24.5% Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Phi, Delta Gamma
23.6% Alpha Omicron Pi, Phi Mu
20.9% Alpha Delta Pi, Kappa Delta, Sigma Kappa
19.1% Delta Delta Delta, Gamma Phi Beta, Kappa Kappa Gamma
17.3% Kappa Alpha Theta
15.5% Sigma Sigma Sigma
12.7& Phi Sigma Sigma
10.9% Alpha Epsilon Phi
5.5% Alpha Sigma Tau
4.5% Delta Phi Epsilon, Theta Phi Alpha
3.6% Alpha Sigma Alpha
0.1% Sigma Delta Tau

Where do these numbers come from??

About four hours of searching the internet. I used my nationals site and visited every schools official listed there and marked down what sororities they had then divided by the total number of schools I was able to find information on (110).

This includes all active university chapters, thanks to those who hepled me finish my research!!

If your chapters not here it's because I used the list off Ariesrising's web site, which listed 26 NPC chapters and my page only had 26 lines and believe me doing this on two pages would have been nuts.

That is really impressive! Nice job :)

Okay... I only did a serach for Pi Phi/Kappa/Theta

Kappa overlaps with Pi Phi on 71% of our campuses

Theta overlaps with Pi Phi on 62% of our campuses

And together all three are on 55% of our campuses!

FAUNikki-the Theta that people are talking about is Kappa Alpha Theta...FAU doesn't have that!

Is AEPhi really coming to queens college? i am surprised I hadn't heard about that.

Question- I heard that at one point there were some mergers in NPC, like two orgs became one, and in some cases two or three orgs would team up for expansion purposes.

Like if XYZ was gonna to State U then they would set up and bring ABC as soon as expansion could happen again.

I don't know if this is true, but if it is, it does make sense why some orgs tend to be in the same places.

Thats what I have heard from one of the SDT sisters in Queens....however, I don't know enough people in the greek system over there to check on it and I am not friendly with any of the older AEPhi sisters at Brooklyn
