What frats/soroties groups are there at Cal Poly Pomona?

I have a friend from high school who is a Sigma Kappa there :)

This is a derogatory Name to Men Who are members of Fraternitys!

My understanding is that the ATOs at Cal Poly Pomona are no longer there as of this Fall.

Oh, well I wouldn't know i just got that list from the school's website.

Actually, wouldn't the correct spelling be 'fraternities' not 'fraternitys'? Maybe you shouldn't be so rude when you are correcting people.

I assume you are referring to me when you say bubbs...which i think is a great by the way lol :) ...but i dont know what you mean by excuse. I don't appreciate people being rude to others for something as small as spelling...and even in his correction he spelled something wrong (it wasn't a typo).

In no way derrogatory (sp?), but if this last year's CSU Greek Summit which we hosted at CSULB, was any indication... you're dead on about Fresno. This would be considering that a moronic Alpha Phi (Personally, I have much love for the Phi's, though this one deserved a hard kick in the ass), argued, while mic'ed to the entire summit, that at Fresno State they didn't have time to try and maintain the all women's/men's average for GPA (which for the most part around CS's is roughly a 2.3), because they were too busy with parties and exchanges. I swear, I wanted to through a chair at the bitch.

As for the Greek System at the Beach (CSULB), at least from the NPC and IFC standpoints, all chapters are housed this semester for the first time in a long time. we have 8 IFC fraternities:
Delta Chi
Theta Chi
Kappa Sigma
SAE
Sigma Pi
Sig Ep
TKE
Phi Kappa Tau

The biggest being SAE and Sig Ep, though SAE has hit financial problems, and 5 out of the 8 fraternities are currently on some sort of disciplnairy probation.

The 7 NPC sororities are:
Alpha Phi
AO Pi
Gamma Phi Beta
Delta Gamma
Tri Delt
Delta Zeta
Sigma Kappa

The largest houses being Alpha Phi, G Phi B, and Delta Gamma. And currently, at least last I'd heard, AO Pi has been struggling with recruitment the last couple years, and is currently under national review/intervention because their membership is one-fifth that of the next smallest sorority.

Greek Pride is huge on campus, and all of our Greeks, not just IFC and NPC are extremely involved. However, being a commuter campus, the campus is neither really anti- or pro-greek... it's basically indifferent. Where this hurts the most is the fraternities, since the average sorority size is 50-60 women, which is equal to the size of the largest fraternity.

I go to UCSB and here's the latest:

Sigma Kappa has disbanded and will try to start up again in a few years. FIJI was kicked off campus.
