I wish the World of Coca Cola was open later in the evening. It sounds like a fun place.

The world of Coke is pretty cool. Just remember to be careful tasting the flavors from around the world....There are a couple that are SUPER nasty!!!! :) Stone Mtn would also be great if it included the laser show but I don't think it does. As a local, I've been to many of the places so if you have any questions, just let me know and I'll give ya the scoop!!! :)

Beverly is a super nasty flavor. I remember thinking, "So this is what swill tastes like." I think that they sell it in Australia.

Glitter too bad about Mary Mac's. I wanted to do that one too but Mr. aopirose wasn't interested in the menu. Too many similar restaurants here. You know, I am starting to rethink this whole idea of bringing him along. ;)

Also, too bad about your shopping trip. I went into the city yesterday and bought some adorable stuff. Now I need shoes. The woman at the maternity store asked me if I needed something special and I told her about convention. She said, "What fun. I was a Tri Sig from a really small school and I was a convention delegate etc... , but I haven't been involved for years." I told her, "You still ARE a Tri Sigma and here is the name of your Alumnae Panhellenic rep. Call her because they would love to have you." She told me that she went to Pittsburg State. I said home of the Gorrilla's right? She freaked out because in the last 8 years that she has been in New Orleans, NO ONE had ever heard of her school. I told her that my neighbor wears her Gorrilla wear all the time!

BTW- I paid my Life Loyal dues! I wonder what our present is for signing up?

I tasted the different flavors they had in Ice Station Cool at Epcot a few years back. Beverly is most foul, ewwww! Just get me to Atlanta and a glass of real iced tea!

I paid mine too. Maybe we'll get our present at Convention?

Did anyone end up signing up for any of the side trips? I didn't...so I need something fun to do on Friday night :D

Beverly is the worst I've tasted too! I hope the Marriott has SWEET tea like all southerners know is the best (make that ONLY) way to drink iced tea. :) At least if they don't, there's pleanty of other places around to get a nice large glass.

I made it home to the MS Gulf Coast to be with the family and to GO SHOPPING! Also, I still have not received the Life Loyalty program letter. I'm starting to worry. I know they have my address be/c they just sent me a letter about voting during convention and the slating process.

I don't have my Life Loyal letter right here. I believe the letter was sent out pre-Convention only to those who participated in AOII Always. Life Loyal is actually replacing AOII Always.



I'm getting really excited, too...just wish I could find a new appropriate & affordable plus sized white dress. Guess white is really out this summer?

I didn't join AOII Always so I am am not sure how I got a pre-convention letter.

Anyway, AOIIalum, if you want, you can hang out with me when whites are needed. I refuse to buy a white maternity dress.
