OneOneTwo drives off from the University to Stephano's hideaway. As they drive down the road, they drive past Ladea, who is on her search for Stephano.

BigSisterShaft calls LadyGreek Hey soror, everything is cool with Doggy so we can take off first thing in the morning.

That's good. You didn't tell him who we were going to see, did you?

Hell naw, but he did want to come with. I played him off, but if Miss WannabeAPerp acts ugly, I might have him come down anyway.

That's cool. You know I was thinking. Alice's homegirls are Ideal08 and CrimsonTide4. I'm going to call them tonight and see if they have any interesting info on her.

Yeah, I talked to both of them, but neither one of them had heard anything about Alice except that she was living in Jamaica. But they were both surprised to hear that she was claiming to be a Delta.

Hmph Lady, not as surprised as she is going to be when we show up in her face. The 411 said their meeting was tomorrow night--right?

Yes, it is at 7:00pm. I think we should wait to show up at about 8:00. That way she will be right in the middle of it when we walk in.

That's cool. Well let's draw up this plan and then I need to get some sleep before we land. Doggy tried his best to keep me from catching this plane.

CrimsonTide4 was driving up the street in her Jaguar (it's a soap opera and I REFUSE to be poor) bobbing her head to In Da Club headed back to her four bedroom house. She was approaching the corner of AKA Ave. and Delta Blvd. when all of a sudden a person jumped in front of her car, she slammed on the brakes but was too late. She had hit someone. :eek:

She got out of her car and was PISSED at the damage to the hood of her JAG. She walked to the front of her car and saw a man lying on the ground, slightly bleeding. She went back to her car and grabbed her cell phone. As she was about to dial 911, she heard, "WAIT! I'm Okay, CT4!" :eek: :confused:

CT4 ran around to the front of her car and looked down at the man who was leaning up against her car. He had a hat on and it was pulled down over most of his face. All she could tell was that he was tall and a rich color brown with big hands and big feet. :o

"Can I help you up? Are you sure that you are okay?"
"Yeah, girl, help yo brotha up!"
"I'm sorry, but how do we know each other?"
"Help me up and it will come back to you!"
"Dude, you a pretty big boy and I done lost weight so I don't know."
"First, you hit me with your car and now you won't help me up?"
"Negro, you JAYWALKED!!!"
"You never could drive!"
"Da hell?!?!!? Da last person who clowned me on my driving was. . . "
"Ta daaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!! Baby, I'm back!!!" Mystery man/car accident victim took his hat off with a flourish and smiled up at CT4.
"AAAAAAAAAAH!!! Here, let me help you up so I can hug you and then kick the CHIT out of you for leaving my girl!!"

CT4 helped up her long lost friend. True to her word, she hugged him and then kicked him straight in his knee cap. He laughed at her. She stuck her tongue out at him.

"Hey, can I crash at your spot for a couple of days til I figure out what I am going to do about Kelli."

"You know you are more than welcome to come over, but Kelli and her new man is supposed to come over tonight for dinner!"

"I saw her earlier with Rain Man at the library. I damn near went into cardiac arrest."

"Serves you right for walking out on my girl after you proposed. It was 2 weeks before your wedding. You just up and dipped on my girl like that."

"But CT4, I have only been gone for two years!"

"Yeah and I had to watch my girl cry for damn near 600 days, but on day 601 RAIN MAN started looking good to her and 129 days later they are riding the Love Train."

"I gotta get her back, but how??"

"You my boy for life. I introduced you two. I will help you get her back. Hell, Rain Man makes my head ache."

"I want her back and this time I am never letting her go!!"

"Come on, let me get you to the house before her and Rain Man roll up in the crib. But if you FUNK it up this time, you are azzzzzzzz out!! PADNA!!"

HoneyKiss walked into the club already gyrating her hips to the beat of B2K's BUMP BUMP BUMP. Her girlfriends had called her up tonight determined to get her out of the house. She had been laying on the couch snoozing and watching Thin Line Between Love and Hate for the hundredth time when TNXBUTTERFLY had called her.

*phone rings*

HK (sleep in her voice): Hello.
TNXBUTTERFLY: Wake yo punk boooooooty up!! Girl it is a FRIDAY NIGHT!! Get offa da couch and get dressed!! We are going out!
HK: Going out? For what?
MzSportsLuva(crunk voice): To tear da club up!!
HK: MzSportsLuva, I am toooooo tired.
MzSportsLuva: Well get you some Mountain Dew or something. Turn on your SHAKE WHAT YO MAMA GAVE YOU CD and get dressed.
Gina1201: We will be there in one hour. Don't put on work clothes. PUT on FEMALE MACK CLOTHES. Put on "Yo man is looking at me" gear.

The ladies headed over to the bar to get their poison.
HK: Water please!!
MzSportsLuva: Bartender, keep your water and bring 2 pink panties.

TNX: Heck, make that 4.

The bartender, a male model moonlighting as a bartender, was glad to see some women who actually looked like women in the place. He was checking out HoneyKiss and wishing he could dance with her.

HoneyKiss peeped the bartender peeping at her and giggled. She began to enjoy herself even more. She was going to dance til she hurt herself or somebody up in the club tonight.

GC on the Lake was full tonight with almost everybody from GC. HoneyKiss spotted LibraSoul dancing with a tall looking brotha mighty close. The DJ began to play "Percolator" and HoneyKiss spied TooCute on the dance floor trying to learn how to do it after all of this time. HoneyKiss was doing her best suppressing her laughter at the sight of TooCute dancing. TooCute still liked to do the prep and the robot.

HoneyKiss was sipping on her drink contentedly when a man appeared behind her. She could feel his body heat from behind. Startled, she turned around. She looked into the most beautiful gray eyes that she had ever seen. They spoke using only their eyes and then headed to the dance floor.

HoneyKiss and Gray Eyes danced for the next two hours without taking a break or even talking. They had a good chemistry that made others stare at them. HoneyKiss was intrigued by this man of mystery who was FINE. She wanted to call Dr. DeltaQTE to tell her to put him in her "CAUSE YOU'RE MY BLACK BROTHA" book, but she could not tear herself away from him.

They were still dancing when Gray Eyes' phone rang. He answered it and said, "I'm on my way." He touched HoneyKiss on her waist. He bent over and kissed her on her mouth. She swooned. He turned and walked off the dance floor and out of the club.

HoneyKiss stood in the middle of the dance floor, not seeing anyone or hearing anything. She stared at the door that Mr. Gray Eyes had walked out of. She began to move to the door after him. She walked out of the door. She began to run, calling "MR. Gray Eyes!! Mr. Gray Eyes!!" She was so caught up in looking for him that she did not realize how badly it was raining outside. Her girls had followed her outside and encircled her with hugs as she stood in the rain crying.


Who is Mr. Gray Eyes? Where did he come from? Where did he leave and go? Will he come back for HoneyKiss? Will they ever see each other again? Does he have big hands and big feet?

CT4 pulled up to her 4 bedroom house with Mystery Man in awe.

MM: Gul, when did you get this? Last I remembered you had graduated from college and ate PB&J for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

CT4: Just like Black folks, you don't READ. I wrote a book and it BLEW UUUUUUUUP. I stayed in GC because it was home. I am working on my second book now.

MM: So what has Kelli been up to?

CT4: Well in between crying over your DISAPPEARING ACT, she got her masters in something with computers. Now she is CIO @ GC General Hospital. She is having her house built and from what I can tell, RAIN MAN is close to proposing to her. Oh and we both advise the GC chapter of DST.

MM: It will be a frosty day in hell with icicles and snow before KELLI marries Rain Man.

CT4: :eek: :eek: So what you gonna do about it, bruh?

MM: Imma remind her of her love for me.

CT4: How?

MM: I don't know.

CT4: Well you betta hurry up!

The doorbell rings and CT4 runs to answer it where she sees Kelli waiting on the doorstep with Rain Man. She hugs Kelli, but ignores Rain Man. She cannot wait until MM makes his appearance.

Kelli: Hey girl, is dinner ready?

CT4: No, I umm was occupied. I hit a man today and my mind was on that.

RM: Did you kill him?

CT4: No this was a big man with big hands and feets, he bounced right up.

Kelli: Was he cute girl?

CT4: Slap yo mama fine!!

Kelli: Did you get his number?

CT4: Nope. He told me his heart already belonged to a good woman. He said she was the only woman he had ever loved.

Kelli: DAyum. For real?

CT4: Yeah, he showed me like 6 pics of her and him in his wallet. You could hear the love for her in his voice.

Kelli (replied dreamily): Must be nice.

RM: I have a pic of you in my wallet.

Kelli: Uh huh. That's nice. . .

Kelli's mind was on HIM. DAMMIT!! She had not thought of him in a week and for some reason all day today she had not been able to shake him from her thoughts. Kelli looked over at Rain Man and sighed. He was such a poor second choice. She had to get rid of him soon. He had feelings that she didn't.

Alice is laying in the bed. Her wrists are tied to the bed post, her eyes are blindfolded and she feels dirty. She has lost count on the number of days she has been in the bed, but she hasn’t forgotten how many “men” have attempted to defile her flower.

“OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-OOOP!” Ann, her evil twin sister practices in the mirror while throwing up the sign. Ann turns the side and practices raising her hand and doing the call real loud. “OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-OOOP!”

“I hope they find out you’re a perp! First you steal my identity, then you bring up stuff in the past to ruin my life. Why Ann? Why?”

“Cause,” Ann says in a southern twang, “when you got a man like Stephano who has big hands and big feet you’re liable to do anything.”

“Even betray your own sister.”

“Girl don’t worry, when all this is over, I’ll break you off a little sumptin’ sumptin’. I can pull this off, I just need a little practice.” Ann practices raising the sign and the call, getting worse and worse by the minute instead of getting better, “hmmp. Need a little more harmony.”

“But do you know what you are doing? Perping Delta Sigma Theta is serious. All them members they have, that’s why I quit doing it. You never know who you are going to run into. Be my luck someone from GCU be in Jamaica next week and they kick your ass thinking its me.”

“I wish them broads would put their hands on me and try to tear off my ‘nalia. All this money I spent on T-Shirts and Pins and Figurines, hsit, I should have saved the receipt so I could get a tax return.”

“They are going to get you!”

“And what are you going to about it? That’s what I thought! Alex.”

This big burly man comes into the room and lays beside Alice.

“Now remember my instructions,” Ann whispers in his ear, “you are just supposed to scare her, not hurt her.”

Alex nods his head up and down, as Ann throws up the sign and call and walks out the door.

They share a laugh as LegacyPBS steps in the door. As she closes, she sees Afro-Chic and SugarNSpice creeping at the door. NoworNever opens the door and steps out.

"Now that your nosey asses have seen my man, can you please leave us alone so we can have some privacy."

"Alright," SugarNSpice yells.

"Whoo-hoo. Go ahead with your Ronald McDonald man. Big hands and big feet it is."

SugarNSpice and Afro-Chic clap hands and run off before NoworNever can think to chase them. She shakes her head and goes back inside to entertain her guest.

"Now where was I... what kind of movies do you got."

Dr. Spinxpoet clocks out and he walks to his car. He is humming the new tune by Luther Vandross. A tear catches his eye.

"I wish my father were here,"

Dr. Spinxpoet gets in the car and turns on the radio to WDST and hears Patti LaBelle singing about somewhere over the rainbow. He goes to back out and he notices a car blocking him. He hunks the horn and the car still doesn't budge."

"What the..." Dr. Spinxpoet gets out and he walks to the driver side of the car.

"Sup Spinx..." OneOneTwo rolls down the window, "come on in, we got a lot to talk about."

The back door opens and a man motions for "Dr."Spinxpoet to step in.

"hist!"

LadyGreek and BigSisterShaft get off the plane and walk to the baggage carousel. They hear a quiet, discreet, but nonetheless distinct oo-oop. The 411 rushes over and she and Ladygreek embrace in a Delta hug.

411 it is so good to see you. It's been too long, but it looks like Jamaica has been good to you. This is BigSisterShaft. BSS, this is my mentee The 411.

Hey soror, nice to meet you. Now give me a hug, you know how we Deltas do it.

As they wait for their bags to arrive, LG and BSS fill 411 in on their plan.

Basically we are going to walk into the middle of the meeting. I have arranged for our executive director to be on standby. I am going to call her from my cell and have her tell the Vive President what she told us--there is not now and never has been an Alice DuBois or Alice Chaucey on our membership roll. Then we are going to sit back and see what happens.

You know what LG, I can do even better than that. says 411 I have an attachment to my boom box for a cell phone. We'll hook the phone up to the speakers and have it broadcast for everyone to hear.

My, my, my, I can see why LG calls you her mentee. You have learned well laughs BSS.

It's just that I can't wait to put her on blast exclaims 411 she has been acting really strange ever since she was elected president of the chapter six months ago.

I mean during the initiation last week, she acted as if she had no idea what she was doing, and at the neophyte that night she had no gifts for the new members, not even for her special.

It's as if she has morphed into another person. I mean I know she's a perp and all, but at least before she seemed credible. Now it's like she is totally clueless about everything except wearing 'nalia and throwing up the sign. Even her oo-oop sounds funny.

Well don't worry Sweetie. After tomorrow night her reign as a Delta will be over. Now take us to this fabulous house of yours so we can unpack and freshen up and then I am taking us all out to dinner.

But even as LG says this, she is starting to get an uneasy feeling that there is more to this than they bargained for.

The Night Before

Tnxbutterfly holds the tiny blue jewerly box and sighs in disbelief. She couldn't believe that he was actually going to go thur with it. He couldn't. Didn't he know it would break her heart if he married someone else? Of course he didn't. She hadn't had the courage to tell him that she was in love with him.

Male voice: So do you think she'll like it?

Tnxbutterfly: (slowly) Yeah....

Male Voice: Yeah, what. What's wrong with it?

Tnxbutterfly: Nothing's wrong with it. It's just that don't you think you're moving kind of fast? I mean you you barely know each other.

Male Voice: We've been going out for months now. I think we know each other well enough.

Tnxbutterfly: Marriage is a big step. I just want to make sure you're doing the right thing.

Male voice: Not this again. I thought you were my friend.

Tnxbutterfly: RainMan, I am your friend.

RainMan: Then why are you so against me proposing to Keli? Why can't you just be happy for me?

Tnxbutterfly was at a lost for words. This was the opportunity she had been waiting for. Now was the time to tell him that she loved him. Now was the time to tell him that she has loved him since the moment she laid eyes on him. Now was the time to tell him that he would be making a big mistake if he married Keli. Keli didn't love him. Everyone at GC University knew that she didn't.


RainMan: Tnxbutterly, I'm waiting. Why are you so against this?

I look in my mirror and OneOneTwo is behind my Nova with the look of rage on his face. It was really easy to see because his entire front windshield was gone, his driver side tire was flat, head lights were busted it was a complete mess, but not as messy as Po-Po showing up and writing him out a citation. That was my time to pull off..................

Kelli turns to Rain Man. "You know what? I am going to spend the night here with CT4 tonight. So why don't you go on back to your place and I will talk to you tomorrow.

Rain Man: But, but, I have not ate yet!

CT4: I'll fix you a plate to go. :p

CT4 rushes to the kitchen and fixes RAIN MAN a quick plate to go. She catches a peek at MYSTERY MAN sitting in the shadows of her sunroom. She rushes back into her dining room and throws the to go plate at Rain Man. She walks him to the door.

CT4: See ya. :D

She slams the door in Rain Man's face and walks back into the dining room. She sits down next to Kelli.

Kelli: I miss him.

CT4: I know. I miss him too. He was like a brother to me.

Kelli: Lately he has been on my mind like crazy. It's like craaaaazy. I cannot eat or sleep. I should hate him like hell for leaving me. If I were to see him again, I would stab him with a rusty butter knife and then hug the hell out of him.

CT4: Girl, I would be right there with you. I would hug him and then kick him in his knee.

KElli: Girl I am just tired. Tired of being alone, tired of settling, tired of RAIN MAN. . .

CT4: Girl, I know but you know you always got me. But I know nothing like the love of a good man, the RIGHT MAN. . .

Kelli: Yeah and HE was the one. He was my soul mate. Spending time with him was like spending time with myself. I don't think I will ever be able to love like that again. What we had wsa special. I could not even begin to put it in words.

CT4: Do you think he was unhappy?

Kelli: No, I don't. I just wish I knew what made him up and leave.

CT4: Do you still love him?

KElli: Yeah.

CT4: If he ever came back, would you take him back.

Kelli: I don't know.. . /

CT4: You just said that you love him and will never love like that again. So if he returns and still feels for you what you feel for him, what will you do? Be honest because I know exactly how you feel.

Kelli: But what will everyone say? HE LEFT ME! HE HURT ME! How could I just pick up where we left off?

CT4: FUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGG what everyone else says or thinks!!! DO YOU! BE HAPPY!! Love that man and let him love you! Forgive him and then love him.

Kelli: I'm not sure if I can.

CT4: Girl if I ever have with a man what you had with him, I would be able to for the rest of my life. I saw the 2 of you together. You were like every real love story come to life. Folks write love stories every day, but YOU LIVED IT!! Don't let your pride stand in the way of loving him.

Kelli: You talk like you know he is coming bacl tomorrow or something.

CT4 (fake laugh): Girl naw I just want you to be open to love. And if it comes back to you, I want you to GRAB IT!!

Kelli: Okay I will.

Was the mystery man listening? Does he know that Kelli does not want Rain Man? Will he get his woman? Will she let him get her?

"Dr." Spinxpoet steps in the car and he looks at Stephano, who tilts a wine glass at him.

"You've been avoiding me... son. Are you ashamed to see your old man."

"No Dad," "Dr."Spinxpoet says uncomfortably, "I have been real busy working in the..."

Stephano slaps "Dr." Spinxpoet's face and "Dr." Spinxpoet looks back at him.

"Don't lie to me boy. I know your lazy ass ain't doing no work."

"Wait," OneOneTwo turns around and gets in on the action, "I thought you were supposed to be finishing that book I asked you to work on."

"I'll finish it when I get to it."

OneOneTwo grabs "Dr."Spinxpoet by the shirt and brings him to the front seat.

"You'll finish it when I tell you to. I want my book completed in 72 hours or else!"

"Or else what!" "Dr."Spinxpoet yells as he grabs OneOneTwo's arms and lets go.

"Or else your new home is going be a permenant one," OneOneTwo says as they drive up to a dark, haunted castle at the edge of GC, "this can be where you die, you know."

"You're full of hist!" "Dr." Spinxpoet yells. "You can do whatever you want to do to me, I ain't writing spit."

"You will finish my book dammit!"

They pull up to the castle and they get out. Stephano's goons grabs "Dr."Spinxpoet by the head and grips him in a headlock. "Dr." Spinxpoet tries to fight the goon, but he is just too much. OneOneTwo walks in front of "Dr." Spinxpoet and opens the door.

"If you don't finish my book, I can't guarantee that your 'friend' is going to know how much you love her."

The goon lets go of "Dr." Spinxpoet and pushes him inside the castle. Stephano and OneOneTwo walk in behind him as they watch MeezDiscreet hang from the ceiling like a bird in a cage.

"HELP!... HELP ME!" MeezDiscreet yells.

"MeezDiscreet!"

A tranquilizer is released and it hits MeezDiscreet in the chest and she slumps in the cage.

"Here's your pen, and some paper. The bathrooms on the left. The kitchen is one the right. Once we leave the doors will lock and you have know way out. But if you want us to wake your precious MeezDiscreet up, then you better have my book ready. We got a deal!" OneOneTwo demands as he hands "Dr." Spinxpoet the writing materials, which "Dr." Spinxpoet instantly throws on the ground. "Or, we could inform the Board at GC General that you aren't really a Dr. I'm sure you don't want that."

As Stephano and OneOneTwo share a laugh, "Dr."Spinxpoet reluctantly picks up the pad and starts writing.

Ladea follows Stephano and OneOneTwo the GC General, where she watches "Dr." Spinxpoet get in the car with them.

What is it that they want with "Dr." Spinxpoet? Whatever it is, it can't be good. Should I follow them or should I call for backup. I need to call for back up, but if "Dr." Spinxpoet is in trouble, then I need to be there so I can help get him out of whatever he is into. Ladea is thinking to herself as she ponders what to do. As Stephano's car drives past hers, she makes the instant decision to follow him. As she is chasing the car down the street, she picks up her phone and calls 1savvydiva.

"Hello," a voice appears on the line.

"Sup girl, this is Ladea, I need for you listen to me real carefully."

Ladea takes her eyes off the road for a minute to arrange her hand's free microphone.

"I'm on the trail of Stephano and you'll never believe... wait, where did they go."

Ladea looks around and realizes that she is following a red car as opposed to a black on.

"Damn, girl, never mind." Ladea says as she hangs up the phone.
