Just dones from firday after class (FAC) wheren at Iowa everyone goes to the bars after class and then goes aout later that ngith. It's the only time you are drink by five, and hungerover by nigne, and then drung again at eleven. I drank an entire bottle of Malibu rum last sat. to myself and I promosed I won'tdrink until windter break because I think I have an ucler or something, but that's did a lot of good/ but now earlier I am had mulitple shots of rum ans a skyy blue. No, tonight, i m staying in, ans leeping, because I wokr tomorrow, and I am goping to write my speech for monday, and study! I

Try to sleep it off. Once you are sober you won't be as emtional. Things will hopefully work out in the future but don't make yourself misrable for the time being. Find something to hug like a teddy bear or something it might make your feel a little better.
