Me: Delta Gamma
My twin sister: Delta Gamma :) Cousin: Kappa Alpha Theta I'm the first one, along with my sister, to go Greek in our immediate family. But it's really great to know that I started a legacy for my future daughter (hypothetically speaking) and that she will have some understanding of Greek life if she does decide to go through rush. |

As for my family Greek affiliation, I'm the first in my immediate family to go Greek. I have cousins that are in Sigma Kappa, Alpha Delta Pi, Delta Delta Delta, Chi Omega, alpha Kappa Delta Phi, Tau Kappa Epsilon, Lambda Phi Epsilon (Asian fraternity), and Pi Kappa Alpha. It's always a trip and a half when we all get together! |
OTW...that happened again this past weekend! We went to a club, and the bouncer did a double take after I had gotten in. He had to take another look at my ID after looking at my sister's...jeez! I have a feeling that won't be the last time either... :) That's what happens when your twins!

Now that you and your twin are of age...you have to come back to Hawaii! ;) It's funny because, as much as I go out, I almost always never run into twins...and I have a feeling that's how the bouncers are too. :D |
I think I am the only one in my entire extended family who is Greek.
On my dad's side of the family, I know for a fact that nobody is Greek. On my mom's side, I think my uncle may be Greek, but I don't talk to him much, so I am not too sure. He went to UT - Austin though. Hmmm, I'll ask him next time I see him. |
I made my boyfriend's resume the other day for rush. Check out this list:

Obviously, she didn't pledge although she was given bids by Chi Omega, Pi Beta Phi and Alpha Delta Pi. I don't know why her mom felt that way, but would like to hear the story some day. |
