Friendly Suggestions
 

1. Start a new thread titled GC Oscars 2003

2. Ask for folks who would like to be on the nominations/categories/selection committee. Give them 2 weeks to reply that they would like to be on aforementioned committees. Some folks might have new ideas for new categories, etc.

3. After that, committee should announce categories and nominations, but always give folks the option to write in someone else for the category.

4. Give folks about 2 - 3 weeks to vote. Have them either PM or e-mail their votes to committee members so they can vote their conscience and not go with the flow.
