We’ll start this snack going baby

Hey, me just met you
And this is crazy
But you got cookie!

Forget all that. We found Dove in a soapless place.

This!
Girl, you're 22 and, according to your songs, you've had about 72 failed relationships per year. Maybe it's you, not them. And please stop trying to pretend that everyone made fun of you in high school. You're 6 foot tall, 102 lbs, blonde, pretty and can sing. It didn't happen.

There is some new song that Radio Disney keeps playing. I have no idea of the name but the singer is British and says "remember all the things that you and I did first?" and ends the song by making helicopter noises. Yeah, I refuse to listen to it any more.

I'm friends with a girl who went to high school with her...yeah, didn't happen.

Tub Thumping by Chumbawamba.

The summer it came on, it was played CONSTANTLY on the radio stations. I hated it. My mom loved it. I was in high school at the time, so she had radio control. Ohhhhhhh my gosh, it was terrible.

I also survived The Summer of 69 being played over and over again by my next door neighbors for 4 months straight. My senior year roommate was 2 beers away from going next door and killing the guys, with her fingernails alone. Lesson learned: Check thickness of apartment walls before signing lease.

Her name is Cher Lloyd, and she makes me want to punch walls. I work at Gap, and that song was on our playlist a good 5 or 6 months before it started playing on the radio. It's not even a remotely good song.

OMG that song makes me want to hurt things.

Anyway, 3 songs:

Wide Awake - Katy Perry
Grenade - Bruno Mars
That's Not My Name - The Ting Tings

ugh.

KatieKate1244 09-18-2012 08:33 PM

Linger--The Cranberries
More Than Words--Exxtreme
Breakable--Ingrid Michaelson
Fools Like Me--Lisa Loeb

And anything by Tom Petty.

I really really like the beginning of that song, but then the chick starts singing (or should I say "singing") and the whole thing goes to hell.

Along the same lines of "starts well but sucks quickly" - Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Green Day. Every time it starts out I think it's going to be Heartbeat City by the Cars. IT NEVER IS.

Well good for you. I'd rather listen to Christmas Shoes on repeat for an hour than listen to one Tom Petty song.

HQWest 09-18-2012 10:44 PM

My roommate freshman year only owned three cds and she played them over and over again. To this day, play anything by Blondie but "heart of Glass" in particular, and I want to hurt somebody.

I actually turned on the song I posted instead of that. Good job.
