:D zei is pronounced "zay," gezundt like the beginning of "gesundheit" when someone sneezes. The vowel is like the U in "push." Make sure it's a real "T" sound at the end, like "can't." My guess is that any Jewish person would get a kick out of it if you use it at the right moment!

Zei gezundt literally means "go in good health," but it really means...

This was more what I was referring to (because you never have time on your wedding day to say "oh hey, new husband, how's it going?") Seems like a good chance to just SIT and be by yourselves for a little but before the party gets going.

I have never heard of the broken glass into a mezzuah. What a lovely idea!!!!!

I never heard of it either. I like the idea. Mine was set in lucite and looks like it is floating. Unfortunately, no idea where it is right now as I put it away after the ex walked out the door and I did not want to look at it. It is packed somewhere so the kids can have it someday if they want it.
