My money is on the teams featured on the preview over a list on the interwebs.

I mean, yeah, but several of the fan forums had people literally following the teams everywhere, and the list is pretty consistent. Much easier to do with an All-Stars season when the faces are familiar. And a couple of the teams featured in the preview seem pretty unlikely (both Stephanie and Claire are pregnant, for example).

ETA -- And at the link Jen posted, it's implied that not everyone in the preview is actually on the season (it would be a LOT of teams!)

They showed so many teams on the preview that I thought it was just a teaser, reminding us of who has been on the show rather than the official cast.

I can't wait to see the detectives, the cowboys and the Harlem Globetrotters again though! Exciting!

I wish they'd bring back all of the fourth place teams. I don't like seeing teams that came in second as much.

I wouldn't be to fast with that money. I counted: They showed about 18-20 teams during the promo for Season 18, so I doubt they're all actually in the race.

And Yay for Kat/Nat.

I wouldn't bet they'd all be on - but I'd be surprised if the actual teams weren't taken from those shown.

You're probably right about that. I think all the teams I've seen on teh interwebs lists were shown in the promo.
