Anyone still whitening their teeth?

I'll be in a wedding in two months and am thinking of buying the whitening strips, as well as some whitening toothpaste. I'm still listening for your success stories.

I tried it right before I got my braces on in Feb. It did work pretty well, but my teeth and my gumline were so incredibly sore that it stung to brush my teeth-which i thought was odd since I didn't get it on my gums. Wasn't really worth it though, because within a week or 2 mine were back to their former glory.

For a long commute, the white strips actually made it seem like I was doing more than just sitting behind 8,000 cars for two hours. (Granted I didn't keep them on the entire drive home.) I found they worked, and I still occasionally use them, but my Crest whitening toothpaste has been working just as well.

The Whitestrips kind of make me want to puke...ew. But I use that Pre-Brush whitening stuff, I think it's Listerine or Arm & Hammer, and it has whitened my teeth dramatically. It's just like mouthwash, but it foams up and you brush your teeth after you use it. It's like 7 dollars a bottle, but I'm still on the same bottle from Spring Break!

I can't use Whitestrips. I actually returned half a box because my gums and teeth were very sore after using them.

They are just too strong and I have weak enamel... so it probably made it worse.

Hmmmm. . . . never thought of taking this route - think I'll try it! I have wondered how does something that you swish around your mouth for 30 seconds whiten your teeth, but I didn't know that it has foaming action! Thanks!

a friend told me about this as well, so I decided to buy the bottle too. I feel like my teeth look better, but im not 100% sure. Here is a silly question- you know how you have to do it before you brush your teeth? well after you spit it out do you rinse with water or immediately start brushing your teeth? I wonder if it is less effective if you rinse with water afterwards and then brush. Ive done it both ways but normally I rinse with water before brushing.

I usually just start immediately brushing my teeth. I put my toothbrush under the water, put toothpaste on, and go to town. My teeth look WHITE after like 2 uses!
