I am orginally from Greenville so those few times I go home for a visit, I stay at Shipley's!!!! I just get a box with glazed and lemon filled and just sit with grandmama and watch our stories and eat!! :D HK74, you are so right!!! Shipley's can beat Krispy Kreme's with a stick!!! However, KK's will have to hold me until I go back to Greenville this summer.......Actually, I wish they would build a KK here in Saginaw, I get tired of buying them at Kroger's or Sam's Club. They don't taste as good sitting in the box as they do fresh.
