On your list, University of North Alabama is listed as being August 29-September 3...according to the University calendar (and me going by the last two years as well), the dates are actually August 28-September 1.
If I knew what their quota and such were, I'd provide that info as well, but none of my friends that are Panhellenic have said anything. |

Troy State
Hi! Does anyone know how recruitment went at Troy State in Alabama? I am very curious. Thanks!
|
Delta Zeta at the University of Alabama has 87 new members.
|
Tropical Storm Fay has postponed UCF recruitment (just like in 2004!). The school is closed tomorrow (Tuesday 8/19) so each event will be pushed back one day- as of now.
|
I am not sure what quota was at Murry State, but Tri Sigma got quota+1!
|
Great list Irishpipes!
Lynchburg College (Virginia): Total is 45, Formal Recruitment is Feb 15-21st. Quota last year was 7 if I remember correctly. Southeast Missouri State (Missouri): Total is 80...not sure what quota was last year. I'll try to remember to update after Southeast's Recruitment. |
Carroll University Correction
Just an FYI-
Total at Carroll is 28 And I believe the Delta Zeta chapter there was closed last spring. thanks for posting all this information!!! |
UCM total
The total at University of Central Missouri is 55. It was lowered last year. I love this list. Thank you for all your work on this.

SPSU had 24 women at tonight's Open House event!!!!! 5 others who has signed up had class. First official night of recruitment is Info night next Monday. Bid Day is on Thursday. With 30-ish pnms going through recruitment (man....4 years ago, there were SIX!) both chapters have the potential to double this year! Woo!
|
Univ of West Georgia already has 228 pnms to sign up with a deadline of August 25th! Given that usually 30 or so pnms don't even show up, that's wonderful.
Last year only about 150 signed up and 130 or so showed up. Quota was 15, but usually it's in the lower 20's...could be more this year!:D |
Pref was yesterday at the University of Kansas. Bid day will be Saturday. We're expecting a quota between 50-55, I believe. We had a lot of girls go through (912 up from 600ish last year), but also a huge number of them dropped throughout the week.
Alpha Delta Pi had a GREAT recruitment this year. Return rates for every round were an improvement from last year. If we take quota, we'll be over total with about 150 girls. Not sure what total actually is at KU, though. I'll update when I have some real numbers. |
Iowa State University - Delta Zeta has 29 new members and at least made quota. Not sure if it was quota plus.
Angelo State University - Delta Zeta met quota with 13 new members. |
Western Carolina University's formal recruitment is held in the Spring. Most likely January 12-24th. Last year's quota was 7 and chapter totals are 55 members.
|
AXiD at GA Tech got Quota plus 5...50 New Members!

U of F recruitment is delayed a day due to TS Fay. (No events Friday)
|
Belmont University, Nashville TN
Chapter total is 68. Quota last year was 22. It looks to be a record setting recruitment with extremely high numbers of PNMs already interested and school hasn't even started yet! |
Texas A&M - Quota is 50; Delta Zeta has 51 new members
|

Sounds like an incredible recruitment for all the great groups at Georgia Tech. Congrats to all the New Members!!! |
Need recruitment results!
We're missing a lot of recruitment data, but the following are schools that have finished recruitment and absolutely nothing has been reported. Does anybody have anything for:
U of South Alabama Georgia Southern Valdosta State Iowa State Pittsburg State Louisville LSU Shreveport Nicholls State Southeastern Louisiana Delta State U of Nebraska U of New Mexico East Central U (Oklahoma) Angelo State Sam Houston State |

Can't remember what the number was, or if it was posted. K-State has been posted somewhere I think, as well as Georgia College & State U. Also bluebonnet mom's thread is now revealed to be A&M, so watch for A&M's quota there. |
TCU's quota was 43
Delta Gamma has 48 new girls Kappa Kappa Gamma has 35 I'll try to find out more info later :) |
There are some more finishing up today if anyone is in the know:
Alabama - Huntsville Colorado School of Mines Georgia Southwestern State U of Iowa U of Kansas Morehead State LSU Nebraska - Omaha Oklahoma City U |
Texas A&M
Has anyone heard anything about Texas A&M. Bid day was yesterday, and I cannot find any information anywhere.
|
Quota was 50 at TAMU.
|
University of Kentucky quota - 69
Delta Zeta at UK has 70 new members Georgia College and State University quota - 55 DZ - 55 |
Don't hold me to this number, but I believe ADPi at TCU had 38-39 gorgeous Alphas at Bid Day! :) :) :)
|
I heard this morning that quota at South Carolina is 77 and KKG pledged quota plus 5 for 82!!

I heard today that quota at Missouri was 71. KD pledged 73
|
Theta took 71 new ladies at Mizzou, including a good friend of mine from high school. So exciting!
Quota at University of Kansas is 51. Alpha Delta Pi took 43, but we're not disappointed. We are now over 1 over total (so I think total is 140) and got SO many amazing girls that we really liked. About 120 of our favorite girls dropped out of recruitment entirely this week, so it was nearly impossible to get our numbers up. But we are now competing with the top tier for some of the best girls, which is awesome! Our advisers were so happy for us! |
I haven't heard what quota was yet, but DZ at University of Tennessee has 52 new members!
|
DZHBrown, quota was 46.
|
UTEP recruitment starts September 8th, 2008. I'm not sure when it ends, but I'm gonna assume it's Saturday the 13th.
|
I haven't heard quota, but the Thetas at U of Iowa had a FANTASTIC rush and pledged 31 wonderful young women! They ROCK!!!
|
UF quota was 47, and Sigma Kappa took 55 beautiful new baby doves!
