The way that it's been portrayed, it's that Dylan's biological Dad sexually abused her or something like that. However, maybe her mother (Dana Delaney) fabricated it, in order to get Dylan and her away from the Dad. But then why is Dylan's memory compromised. Someone please go mine some good spoilers, because I need to KNOW!!!

I can't find any new spoilers concerning the Katherine storyline... except that her ex-husband may come into the picture soon.

And laura was right.... the one that aired on the 6th was the last episode filmed before the strike.

This writer's strike is really starting to piss me off!! lol

Since nothing has been written, there will be no spoilers. All we know is that the set of Wisteria Land needs to be rebuilt.

I hate that some of the shows like Desperate Housewives (and Grey's Anatomy) went on a three-week hiatus and only had one or two episodes left.
Jerks! Why couldn't you just should us that episode a month ago?!?

Benzgirl 04-13-2008 10:35 AM

New Episode Tonight:
http://abc.go.com/primetime/desperate/index?pn=index

Looks good!

AGDee 04-13-2008 04:53 PM

Sisters think alike.. I was just coming to this forum to bump this thread. FINALLY, new TV shows! Woooohooooo!

Benzgirl 04-13-2008 05:07 PM

Withdrawl!!!

KDAngel 04-14-2008 12:09 AM

OK, am I totally lost here... just found out that I missed the Jan. 6 episode. I had NO idea one random episode showed up... so yeah, no fun. I wanted to see tornado stuff tonight.

nikki1920 04-14-2008 08:54 AM

check abc.com, they should still have the old, pre-strike episodes up.

Benzgirl 04-14-2008 09:06 PM

So we now know that Katherine de-flowered Susan's nephew (that we never knew existed), but do we know for sure that she also killed her ex-husband. If so, why did no one question his disappearance? I know she always claimed he deserted them. but there should have been others that questioned it.

IlovemyAKA 04-14-2008 09:23 PM

Wait. So, you're telling me that a new episode came on last night & I had no clue. Not only that, by my power cable is at my mom's house, & I only have 24% battery power left which isn't enough to watch it online...

***runs out into the street looking into the sky with my arms out shouting "NOOOOOOOO!"***

Well, not really, but it still sucks...:(

Hmmmm.... i don't remember his 'current' age... but he was 16 when she de-flowered him? (For some reason typing the word 'deflower' cracks me up.... lol)

If (hyothetically) he's 34 now, what if Dylan is HIS DAUGHTER!

That would be scandalous! lol

It would sort of make sense? He was like 'oooooooh you're 18 now?' and chatting her up outside. I thought at first he was after her since he hooked up with that other 18 yr old, but when he got caught shacking up w/ Katherine.... well, it made me wonder why he was all oogy to Dylan?

I thought at one point, either Susan or the nephew said something about his visit being 12 years ago. I could be wrong, but if not, then Dylan couldn't be his daughter. I'm still sticking to my theory that the real Dylan is dead and a look-alike was kidnapped. Katherine hit her husband with the candlestick downstairs, so if that blow had killed him then I think that something else still had happened upstairs in the secret room...that someone else was killed up there.

Benzgirl 04-15-2008 07:33 PM

If I remember right, when Susan introduced him to Dylan, he made some comment about remembering her when she was little.

Yep, so he's about 28 now.

And I think Tim is Susan's cousin, not her nephew. That maybe changes the dynamic a little as far as the whole Katherine thing.

BTW, did anyone else think it odd that he said he saw her hit her husband and then left without giving it any more thought (other than that he remembers it very well 12 years later)? Methinks there's more to that story.

I agree! Did anyone just feel like the episode was a little odd? I couldn't pick my finger on it, it just seemed out of place somehow!

What did everything think of the whole thing with Lynette searching out religion? I was appalled by Bree!

texas*princess 04-20-2008 10:05 PM

lol @ Katherine: "I know you tried to poison me"

I'm almost scared what those two will conjure up together!

Me too. I like that they're going to be friends though. Even though Katherine may be a crazy murderer.

APhi Sailorgirl 04-21-2008 04:34 PM

Now I'm thinking what is up b/c I figured that Katharine had killed the father with the candlestick per Susan's cousin and that's the grave she was visiting, but last night-someone was circling in red her daughter's photo. Who's that person?

maybe they accidently murdered the real Dylan and Katherine & the new hubby kidnapped another girl to be brainwashed into being Dylan, and some private investigator is helping the other girls' parents to find her?

it's a little far fetched, but it IS weird that Dylan doesn't remember her childhood.

Benzgirl 04-21-2008 07:18 PM

Does anyone think Tom started the fire? As much as I'm finding him annoying, I think the kids started it (remember them eves-dropping on the argument)?

I also cracked up when Susan slapped Orson.

No, I don't think Tom started the fire -- too obvious. The kids, though . . . .

lol... Bree may be crazy, too. Remember when she and the pharmacist went to a firing range? And when she fired the shot gun out of her bedroom window because her dinner party was being ruined? She's crazy as all get-out; she just hides it behind good manners. :D

AGDee 04-22-2008 01:37 PM

I could kind of see Andrew, Bree's son, starting the fire too. He's been working at Tom and Lynette's restaurant for a while now, is pretty perceptive, and may be concerned about losing his own job if the restaurant gets put out of business. He's sneaky too.

Or... the guy is doing it to his own restaurant to frame Tom to get him out of the picture (jail) so he can go for Lynette?

Man o man. You should read the spoilers! Some are just too out there to be real.

I getting caught up on the last episode before the new one comes on. Is Gabi's tenant supposed to be a traditional college student? (I missed her interview). She looks about 40

Benzgirl 05-11-2008 08:51 PM

^^^No. When she first met Gabi, she mentioned going back to art school

Thetagirl218 05-11-2008 11:55 PM

Did anyone catch the brief glimpses of the Vera Bradley bags? I thought that was interesting... I wonder if ABC did a contract with them or something. This is not the first time I have seen the bags featured briefly on ABC dramas.

I know I'll get crap for saying this, but Lynette's stepdaughter needs to be thrown out of a moving car. What an evil child!

I agree......While I am not for hitting your child...I do not consider that overly abusive given the context!

I know I would have gotten a good slap in the face for half of the things that girl pulls! And they would have been quite deserved!

a.e.B.O.T. 05-12-2008 04:43 PM

I just don't understand why Lynette doesn't hold her ground more. She always has in the past! That girl is straight out of a 1970's horror film, and she is not even cute (ok, now I am attacking the actress which is not fair, i know). All the women seem to have changed a lot, which is good. Gabi is becoming very domesticated, and Bree is really losing her edge. I keep thinking that she will go back to the bottle soon. I felt bad for Edie, she seemed so vulnerable by the end... and then there is Susan, who, I have to say, so boring and old. I do like the addition of Katherine, and the catering business seemed like it could add a lot of story lines. It just seems all and all that it is missing its campiness that it use to have that made it all too fun

LeslieAGD 05-12-2008 06:20 PM

Lynette should put a tape recorder in her pocket and record all the hideous things that brat says and play them for Tom. She deserved more than a slap in the face.

Benzgirl 05-12-2008 07:57 PM

Tom is a wimp!

What was up with Dylan's arm? Was he looking for a childhood scar or somthing?

nittanyalum 05-12-2008 10:49 PM

^^^He was looking for the scar from her bike accident he had watched on the videotape. My guess is it will come out that she isn't really the real Dylan, although I've missed a number of episodes this and last season, so I don't know the whole backstory of her & her Mom coming to Wisteria Lane...

Not much need to know, because not much has been revealed... Dylan does not remember anything from her childhood, but her Grandma had something to know, too bad she died. Katherine is hiding something... we thought it was child abuse, and there is something about murder... but now we do not really know. Perhaps she killed the real Dylan, we will see...
