I'm kinda entertained by this installment, but I'd like to get back to the alleged "ivies" and what PJ is gonna put on Mona.

I'm not attached enough to these characters yet since there were so many thrown at us at one time, so there's so many to get to know. But I'm still reading.

^^^ OK, you make a good point. I was intrigued by Karissa's inability to fool Kiaterria. She probably already knows exactly what went down since Karissa didn't know how to act while Stasha was talking about Kyle.

I'm hooked....I just caught up in the last week on what was going on and I'm hooked. FOr those who read ATSB previously, what did you think of homecomng weekend....I was a little confused.

I don't think homecoming added much. Old members just stopped in to say hi.

Somehow maybe it's just that I haven't gotten used to all the characters, but I felt like I was aware of the old beefs and who was messing with whom. I feel like that could have been explained a little more.

Ditto. Same ol' nasty Trina in someone's bed and everything. I wish I could've learned what happened to Lil Derrick. Homecoming could've been so much more.

Today was okay. The whole soap is just okay. I don't know why I'm not too caught up in the old heads love triangle. That one little piece of paper did add a little spark, but nothing monumental. I'm looking forward to what happens with the alleged "ivies" and when everything comes to light. I'm so ready for PJ to be PJ. LOL

Plus, can somebody start a legit process already? Maybe that's why I'm not too attached; I haven't seen anyone go through anything too traumatic yet. Yes, Natalie fell and bumped her head, but she was mean to Taylor. I'm not too sympathetic.

The Zetas are finally having an interest meeting, but they may not be able to finish it...

I'm am so happy that I found this post. I had no clue that ATSB had started again. I used to be soooo addicted back in '01. I will admit I have been slightly bored in the first two episodes but I'm hoping it picks up!!!

I just read the last two episodes. It's coming along alright.

I think this new series is really okay doesnt have the same feel but im tired of the old love triangle and the chapters are way to short.

^^^ I said that nearly 2 months ago. That means this triangle is really old and stale. How long does Mommy Ferguson have to be weak for the Not-so-good Doctor? This storyline is starting to become a novel or Lifetime Movie. :(

I'm still waiting for Mona to get caught up, and for Joi to find out who is the father of her baby.

I have to say that this was the first episode I've enjoyed in a while. "What ifs" and "I can't believe" it popped in my head. The "Ivies" were interesting, too.

I did not miss the Seasoned Love Triangle either.

haha--It was decent. Hopefully, some things will finally come to light even it it does take a few more episodes.

I don't even know if Nino being the father of Caryn's baby took this long to reveal. I did read that season all at once, so who knows?:D

blah. Everyone's on the edge of a discovery. Of course, this means we'll be reading about different stories next week. Maybe we'll get more of Taylor's pathetic love life or the SGRho love triangle.

AKAs - so the pending drama is "will the real ivies please stand up?" But I find it really funny due to the fact that Mona said make the check out to me. Now, I am not a member of that org, but based on my sorority's rules and regulations and a basic knowledge for school regulations, the rules are split in 2!

On one hand, the chapter is following the NHQ rules of bringing in a line by the book EXCEPT, Mona didn't sign off on their paperwork for it to be submitted. (I smell an old cameo appearance by Ms Bergen, the AKA regional director when Mona had to be accepted. lol!) On the other hand, Mona is the greek affairs director of the school, but she does not have any official paperwork nor money submitted to their NHQ. So, as it stands, neither line is official on the case of a technicality of each body.

If each line pledges in these manners, I can see the line of 2 boxing the other line and such. Infamous quote said during the fight: "I am a real AKA!" But there are 2 pieces that will turn the story on its ear - the Ivy that
dropped from Mona's line, and that Mona's line are writing checks out to her. Another interesting twist... the fact that PJ confronted Mona about the intake denial and saw her cold paddle.

Joi and the baby - I can understand why Sy'mone gave that heart to heart to Joi b/c it is true...but then when Jovan got mad that the agreement they had was broken per his convo with Brian, it made me wonder what is really goin on. Both Sy'mone and Jovan said to not approach Patrick about the paternity b/c he has exhibited that he doesn't want to be involved, almost the same exact words. Now, I see that Joi didn't know that Jovan knew the child wasn't his but why is it so wrong to know some concrete info.

I feel that there is something else in the background. But it also was stated that Patrick doesn't know he is the father. Whats the real truth about this child? Was Joi really raped while dating Patrick and Jovan and Symone have a part in it? Patrick has not been rude to Joi, so how could Symone and Jovan both say Patrick "has made it known he didn't want to be involved". Either Patrick just did the math recently, or he had a change of heart when he was first told of possibily being the father of Joi's baby?

I also forgot... the pending fight btw Dashia, Joriah and Denitra. Denitra is on Mona's line and Dashia is an AKA. oh goodness! I just realized.. how were the Alpha's fooled in Ep 40? How did they not know it was legit if the chapter stated they haven't done anything yet?

Did anyone read today.....Melinda is gonna get it!!! I'm sitting at work like, "Oooooooohhh!" and my co-workers are just looking at me like I'm crazy. I'm glad joe didn't deny it...I'm proud of him

I read it, too. I thought it was kind of boring overall. It was full of cheaters. It'll take several episodes before we find out what Carsen has in mind.

I just want those two girls fooling with Mona to wise up. I almost feel like they deserve what they're getting because they don't know enough about the sorority or the process to see that something isn't right. Who cares if Mona is director of Greek Life? You should've walked out when she said 19 founders.

LOL Mona is a hot mess and those girls are straight silly. I think Joy should have let go of Patrick cause he obviously doesn't want to be the father of that baby.

like you can't go on the net or read a book or ask a member of that sorority and get that info. lol!

I wanna see how silly the girls continue to be....is it going to be a fight to the finish of the processes or not?

she keeps throwing him a bone...but why? but the conversation btw him and Sy'mone still makes me think there is something else goin on as to why Patrick says he is not the father.

I think he is the father, I just think he doesn't want any kids or slept with her on a bet or something.

This is what I think will happen in the last 2 episodes:

-Krys will find out about Pat & Joy
-The AKAs will find out about Mona's "line"
-People may or may not find out about Melinda & Joe
-Kyle, Karissa, & Stasha will all find they caught whatever Shakir has

There will be all of these discoveries, but we won't find out everyone's reactions to the news until next season. This is just my theory.

I was dissappointed. I want something to come to light, and nothing has since Carsen busted Joe. Even still, we're teetering on the edge of that story.

Those girls pledging with Mona are dumb. Why would you not have spoken with another member in all of this time? It sounds like Mona will try to introduce them before the new line.

Whats ignorant to me is that they KNOW the information is wrong yet they are still believing her anyway. Its like they have no common sense!
