I met one of our parents at my job who named her kid INERTIA! LOL, that's not a very positive outlook to have on children

ETA: I know of a young lady named "Christian" who had a baby by a guy she knew was engaged to his girlfriend of four years. I don't know about "worst child ever born" but come on....

I would take Christian any day before I would name my child Christianity.

Ditto. Actually, that's a name I favored for a son. Hopefully he'll find a wife that doesn't already have a husband.

I was at work on Friday and I could not get this little boy's name right for anything. At the end of the day he told me, "I have a common name I don't know why you can't say it right.":eek: BTW he is in the 1st grade....again.

Common names are Chris, Brian, Kevin, Mike, Marcus, John along with others.

LorOrlanrenzo is NOT common! I am not sure if it is spelled right, but what planet is that considered common?!?! Maybe it will be in like 70 years or something.

I pray that this kid was a miracle first grader with a sense of sarcasm already.

Because if that is common then we are doomed as a people.

I can't remember if I posted this already, but there was a girl I went to Bible camp with (please suppress the jokes) and her name was Alyssa, but it was pronounced "Alicia." If you read her nametag, then called her "A-liss-a" she got mad.

But what about the people who name their kids based on the initials that they want them to have?

Ex:
UFO- Unique Felicia Owens
NFL- NeyQuan Flyod Lewis
NBA- Na'David Brian Alexander
The reasoning behind the last two is that the mother wanted the sons to be Ballers. LOL!

Live2Serve 05-18-2008 08:21 PM
