Still don't know quota but according to chapter websites:

Kappa Kappa Gamm=27 New Members
Delta Gamma=23 New Members

I don't know all the exact numbers for Long Beach but I do know a few.

Quota was 30 and only three houses on campus made quota.
Delta Zeta
Alpha Phi
Delta Gamma

The other 4 houses were close and I know all of them will do it with our COB events!

Sigma Kappa got 25 new members
AOII got 24 new members
DDD and GPhiB I don't know the exact numbers but everone did an amazing job!

The Theta chapter at the University of Kentucky took 63 ladies :)

Oklahoma State Gamma Phi Beta - 51

At UNLV Sigma Kappa, Delta Zeta, and Alpha Gamma Delta got quota plus. I believe ADpi got quota and AZD had the best recruitment they have had in a while.

This page has University of Illinois recruitment statistics from this year, as well as the stats for the last 10! It's really interesting.

Jacksonville University. Quota was 12 for formal recruitment
and Delta Delta Delta got 12 wonderful new girls :) We have three spots left, are in the process of selecting girls to COB. Congrats to all for a wonderful recruitment!

NC State's bid day was yesterday and quota was 32. I'm not sure about the other chapters but I know Chi Omega got 34 and ADPi got 32.

No one got quota plus at Long Beach, and AOII got 24.

U of H (Houston!) finished recruitment yesterday! Quota was 16 and DG got quota +1 for 17 new women! YEAH! I'll try to find out how the other chapters (AXO, XO, DZ, Phi Mu, and ZTA) did too!

University of Hartford is having recruitment Sept 27-Oct 3

Gamma Phi at the University of British Columbia got quota of 15!
And the Gamma Phi's at Gettysburg College got quota of 28!

East Tennessee State University
 

East Tennessee State University actually runs two quotas. One for those with hours as a Freshman/Sophomore and one for those with hours as a Junior/Senior. Quota this year for Fr/So was 24 and for Jr/Sr was 3. Here's what I am positive of....

Alpha Delta Pi - 24 and 4
Kappa Delta - 24 and 4
Sigma Kappa - not sure
Alpha Xi Delta - not sure - there are numbers listed in this thread, but I'm willing to bet they are higher now....

I think that DG might have gotten 18. I just got a picture of our new member class and there are 18 women in the picture. I emailed some of the girls to see what was up, but haven't heard back yet. Congrats to all the chapters in our GROWING Greek system!

Quota at the University of Toronto (Toronto, Canada) was 6 with several plus 1's. Two bids went unmatched, one card unsigned, and one card declined.

Yay Kappas! I feel horrible for the tri-delts though - I met a couple of them at CIFC and they're super sweet.

Just heard from one of our advisors that quota at FAU was in fact 18, and Delta Phi Epsilon got 19. Way to go Gamma Beta!

No group is near total - the 2 largest are AOII and KKG with now 32 members, but both are expected to graduate large classes this spring. Things just go in ebbs and flows ;)

Unfortunately, when you have 2 women go unmatched, and another who went to parties, but then didn't sign a card, it sometimes happen. I do know that DDD really wanted the members they got, and have their COB plans ready to go. They do very well with COB, so I know they will have their quota COB'ed in no time.

And yes, they are super sweet - I really enjoyed working with them! :)
