Just don't hold your breath waiting for an invite... gmail has issued virtually none. I think they're going for about $4 on ebay, so if you REALLY want one, that may be a way to go.

$4.00 wouldn't really be that bad a deal.

I'll tell y'all that gmail is definitely something worth having. I don't miss banner ads, popups and full mailboxes at all.
