I'd love to come down but I have a midterm that day and by the time I get out of class (it gets out at 8) and drive down there I would be too exhausted to do anything but pass out. Plus this quarter really sucks for me and I have no free time (polarpi has heard my rants) so maybe sometime in the spring or summer. I definitely want to meet more greeks!! But have fun anyways and take pictures so you can share with the rest of us!

I would but can't for the following reasons:

1. I get off work at 5pm so traffic would be a pain.
2. I usually have choir practice on Thursday nites.

Seau's is down in Mission Valley on the east end of the mall...I haven't been down there in a while so I don't know what's around it.

Thursday night sounds okay to me....I'll be driving down from Ramona, so whatever time works for most people I'll drive on down (I'll just miss choir rehearsal for that night :p)

At the last meeting we all wound up wearing letters, which made it SO easy to pick out who we were supposed to be meeting :D

I'll make sure I bring my camera too, and I'm sure Kelly will as well, right? ;)

Anything further on this? Are we still aiming for next Thursday?

Would love to go, but I have work the next morning...=(

Well, I checked out the online menu for Seau's and I think I will probably eat....and drink!;)

FYI, I will probably not wear a letter shirt as I would like to be a bit more dressed up than wearing a tee shirt or sweat shirt but I will wear my lovely sparkly rhinestone crystal [font=symbol]GFB[/symbol] broach -- it is pretty noticeable from a distance.:D

I was feeling the same way...I haven't really had the opportunity to wear my badge all too often since I've graduated, and I miss wearing it, so I think I may dress up in pin attire as well. Kelly, Josh, and Stan know what I look like, and I also have a picture up in the Greekchatters group photo album, too, if your curious who to look for.

If any of us are the first to arrive, is there a ballpark number that we should give to the host/hostess about how many we'll need seats for?

Not very likely...I'm sure if the guys show up they'll join you! I would join in, but am unable to consume alcohol any longer (long story there :p)

I don't know where to meet....is there an entrance foyer where we can sit or something when people are waiting to be seated? I could PM you with my cell phone number or something, but I'll be wearing a blue blouse with khaki colored pants and my ADPi badge :)

In regards to the cigarette smoke, all bars and restaurants in California are non-smoking, so that should be a non-issue :)

I've never been inside Seau's, but it does look like there is an "entrance lobby" of sorts.

last night was a lot of fun.
cele is my new favorite gamma phi on greek chat! she is my drinking partner!

Hey now....we weren't out THAT late ;) (this coming from the person who didn't get home until 11:30 :D)

I definitely have to say that I had a ton of fun with all of you and have a great deal of respect for both the organizations you all represent and you all as people in general (does that make any sense? :p) I cannot wait for the next time we get together...I know it'll be just as fun as this time (if not better!)

And it was great(fun) to see the separating of the drinking buddies and the non-drinking buddies :D

Sounds like you all had a great time I'm so sad I missed it! Of course we all know this isnt the end of GC get togethers in so cal so we're going to have to plan another one on a weekend or over the summer so I can make it too! Can't wait to see the pics!

My boys and I may be back during Spring Break (4-10 April) -- the newest attraction at LegoLand -- Dino World (or something like that) opens on my mom's bday (1 April) so they want to go...plus we did not get to Sea World or the Zoo this visit...I will let you all know OK?

the gamma phi's loved the magnets. there was about 30 gamma phis from canada who were traveling down the west cost and stoped in sd to visit the ones here at state. i gave them some of the magnets too. as for the redbull...yuo can either mix it with vodka, or use it to replace the splash of coke in a long island...it gives some drinks a kick.

Josh - you better watch out...trading drinking tips with my big sister. She'll be sending liquid care packages to the Phi Kappa Psi house! :eek:
