I just found a new jam on the Kelis CD. It's called Daddy and it has Malice from the Clipse and Pharrell on it. The hook is CONTAGIOUS.

I saw this chick on Orlando Jones' show last week. One thing I can say about his show...he does give the usually unseen artist 'exposure'.

Goapele's been singing forever in Oakland. I'm happy her song is getting play. she has a beautiful voice.

In the Best Buy and Circuit City ads, the Neptunes is on sale for $9.99 on Tuesday. However, I didn't see anything about Erykah Badu nor Tamia. :confused: What's the deal?

I don't know about Tamia, but according to Erykah Badu her CD is scheduled to come out September 16.

I will be buying the Neptunes this week along with my Best Buy reward card. Next week is MARY!! :D

I did a search on circuitcity.com and it said that Tamia won't be released until October 28! :eek: DAYUM!

WHAT!!! She'll need to come out with another single. Officially Missing You has been out for a while. I wonder what happened.

I don't know. I just went to her official site and it says the same thing. They are dead wrong for pushing that CD back. It was supposed to be released in July. Why are they doing this to me? At least I can get Mary in two weeks....

Erykah and Tamia need to gon somewhere. I hate when people push things back. That is why I am GLAD that people bootleg cause it makes most artists push their album UP. Ugh.

While searching for a few CDs I ended up listening to samples of other CDs and now I want like $100 worth!!!

that's where i first heard her. i read about here before in a vibe magazine but when i heared that on cable, i went to circuit city and listened to some samples. i ordered the dang cd on amazon on like august 4th and i still don't have it! :mad: but BELIEVE that amazon has their money already! :mad: :mad:

oh, and when i get paid, i'm DEFINITELY getting dwele

I can defintely endorse Jazzyfatnastees. They are awesome. Haven't heard the entire Kindred CD, but what I HAVE heard I really liked. Dwele and Goapele are both good...the rest I haven't heard yet.

I see that on Kazaa Lite there is an unreleased Alicia Keys song. I was looking for Silly by Denise Williams and just put in SILLY and it showed an Alicia song but I did not download it YET!!

If you download it, can you tell me if it's the song with Rakim and Nas? I heard that song is HOT!!

J&R Music World also have the Neptunes on sale for $9.99. I bought a copy at lunchtime. Some of the songs I'm digging from the bat. The others I have to listen to a few more times. Overall, it's a good purchase. :D
