Anyone else who owns the DVDs annoyed with the packaging??? I own all of them, and 2 of my seasons have totally fallen apart. I take really good care of my things, and I was hoping the engineering genius who makes the cases would have changed it for the 5th season :( |

Canadians aren't getting the rest of the sixth season until February as SATC doesn't air on The Movie Network (like most other HBO shows) but on Bravo Canada. We're getting it in February though!! Looking forward to that :) |

REMAINDER SIXTH SEASON BEGINS TOMORROW!!!!! Dumb question, but WHO'S GOING TO WATCH?! |

I want to watch it tomorrow, but I might not because I will be busy. They repeat it a few nights later so i will try to catch it then. |

I am so excited for the new episodes! I have been having a marathon with my DVDs the past few weeks... I just wonder what will happen in the end of it all. My preliminary predictions... I'm thinking there will be a wedding - Steve and Miranda will be married, Charlotte and Harry will have a baby (either of their own or through adoption), Samantha will MAYBE move in with Smith Jered (hard to predict anything with her, but they are too cute!), and I think Carrie will ditch Barhisnakov and just stay the way she is - single. After all, she's not the "marrying type" (reference Season 4 when she was engaged to Aden). Do you think Big will come back? Will we ever find out his name? |
I heard they shot multiple endings and they still have no idea what's going to happen. |
I will be watching and I can't wait! Dee |
ohhh I can't wait!! Sororitygirl - your predictions sound right on the money to me :) like the way things are supposed to be. Carrie has said her one true love is New York City!! But, I wouldn't mind her ending up with Big :) I always loved them together |
Ok girl, only a little over 2 hours. Tonight Carrie is supposed to take Alexandr as a lover and Sam and Smith attend a party hosted by Richard (per the infor button) I can't wait to see what realy happens! |
I am so far behind in watching, but I can't wait for tonight's episode! |
I think that Carrie will marry the dancer since Candace Bushnell married a ballet dancer in real life. |
Nooooooo! I don't want her to get married! I want her to stay single and fabulous!!!! ;) |

I thought it was a great episode! I cannot believe there are only 7 left!!! |

I was so proud that Sam did the right thing. It was so great. I loved the shoe scene. Christia |

 I LOVED Carrie's necklace--the rhinestone looking one with 3 hearts! I want one! |
I'm glad Samantha went back to Smith. I agree, Hootie, that Richard looked slimey. He's not aging well. Charlotte's story was random. She just needs to go back to work. I'm not really feeling the Carrie/Alexander thing. They don't really seem to fit together. And I'm thinking Miranda and Steve will stay together this time. The stairwell scene was funny. |
I couldn't help myself. I had to read what you all wrote. I didn't get to watch the episode last night because I had to help Mr. ZTAngel prepare for his GREs and he doesn't have HBO at his place. I won't get to see SATC until Wednesday night since the episodes that air on tonight and tomorrow are past my bedtime. :( I'm glad to hear this episode was good! I'm so sad that the show is ending. |
Hey all-- Yes, I thought it was a great episode but I agree--what is up with Miranda?? I thought she was being slightly pyscho--"he is MADLY in love with me"!! She was really annoying! And Sam PISSED me off--I almost think she doesn't want to be happy and even when she finds someone nice, she wants to mess it up. It was just mean!!!!! I actually liked Carrie and Alexander together this time but I still think OLD MAN!!!! Okay, thats my .02 cents! |
Ok, the whole Carrie/Alexandr thing is wierd!! I don't like him at all-he sort of icks me out, and I want him to go away!! Miranda-why did she keep saying " he's madly in love with me" like that?? It got annoying-why is she being like that. The relationship is ovah, let it go! Sam-I can't believe she went with Richard. He's so icky. And when she came down the elevator and Smith was there, I died!! He is so sweet to her, and she keeps being mean to him. I wonder if they'll end up together. Charlotte-I agree with whomever said her story was random. She didn't really have a point in this one. But there are only 7 episode left!! So sad!:( |
I thought it was sad when Sam went to Richard but then realized that Smith was perfect. It was kinda funny that Rishard was talking to her while have sex and she was like "are you done yet" |
wow... 5 days later and I don't even remember what Charlotte's story was. Guess it wasn't too good. I think that Miranda was just reveling in the idea that two men loved her at once. This is a woman who's had the most self esteem issues in the series, and to have this incredibly hot man feel hurt that SHE broke up with HIM was probably a nice change of pace with her. And how sweet that Steve didn't break her the bad news that he's moved on. Sam -- I always thought the Richard thing was who she'd end up with. But it was a nice surprise that she's changing her pattern. Carrie -- Eh. I'm waiting for this guy to grow on me. I think he will. He's definitely an interesting character. |

Random: Ok, am I the only one who had tears in her eyes at the end of this week's show? I loved the scene with all four of the women discussing Samantha's cancer. It reminded me of college; having a few friends who will always listen to you. My heart skipped a beat when Carrie opened the box with Oscar de la Renta dress in it. I didn't care for the dress, but the presentation....wow! Loved the dress Carrie wore to Miranda's wedding. Miranda looked really pretty this episode. The storyline with Charlotte and Harry's food poisoning was hilarious. I love Harry! |
I was a little misty at the end too, especially when Miranda said, "You're my people!" I can't wait until next week! |
wow, that show was just wow.... when she was saying her vows and kept stopping I thought she was about to turn and run... I can't beleive Carrie fainted. Now that was true love that Harry and Charollete were sleeping in the bathroom. I am surprised that Sam did not know. I do monthly self breast exams and I am just 20, with Sam being so intuned to her body why did she not find it before hand (considering she was trying to find her right beast size) |
After seeing this episode, I love Harry even more. I don't know why...there's just something about his personality. I'm still not liking Alexandr with Carrie. Bleh. I am so excited that Steve and Miranda are married! I was shocked when Sam found out she had cancer. She seems to be ok with it. I'd probably be freaking out! |
I was teary-eyed too at the end... I loved Carrie's outfit for the wedding too. I was switching back and forth to the People's Choice Awards, so I'll have to watch the tape later. |
The end of tonight's episode was really sad. I liked that they all came together at the end. I'm surprised that Samantha is so ok with her cancer. Alexander is kinda growing on me. Kinda. The McDonald's moment was cute. I liked Carrie's term, romance-intolerant. That wedding came out of nowhere, but it was cool. I love Magda. The best was Charlotte and Harry on the bathroom floor. And the f**ing frommage!! |
Alexandr is getting better, but still seems just so... old. I was glad Miranda and Steve got married - it was too cute. Also loved Carrie's wedding outfit! So cute! As for Sam, I heard that Smith shaves his head in solidarity with her when she undergoes treatments... don't know if that's true or not, but what a great guy is he? Also, saw a picture of him with a buzz cut for a new role - YUM! One of my friend's mentioned the possibility of Sam dying, which we all know they won't let happen, but can you imagine how awful that would be? It's like we know them all and are friends with them after all these years. |

Okay, I agree with most everyone today on last nights epsiode. I LOVED the ending when they were all sitting together and when Carrie grabbed Samantha's hand when they were saying "during sickness and in health", I really almost started crying. That reminded me of my friends, so much! I liked the story line with Harry and Charlotte and I just think they are the cutest couple ever. Still NOT a fan of Alexander. I keep trying but I just can't. Next week should be good--I really like this season! |
I LOVE Aleksandr! Then again, I'm a dancer, so I love Misha no matter what he does. And I date an older man (14 years older) so I don't see it as that weird. I thought the Harry/Char thing was very cute. But it did get me thinking...we only have one bathroom in my place! :( |
Funny, I must be demented because I cried during the Harry/Charlotte bathroom scene. Marriage is being able to be at your absolute worst, feel like crap, look like crap, but still love each other like you do at your best. I loved the Steve and Miranda storyline. The proposal, the gum, the garden. It was so...them. |
I love Misha, too. I think that his romantic gestures are very sweet. He is wooing her. I want to be wooed. I was teary eyed about Samantha when she told Carrie in the cab. |
Last night's episode was one of my favorites of SATC ever. I am going to be so sad to see it go! :( |
Man, I hate not having HBO! I'm so gonig to miss this show. :( |
i just got around to watching the episode where Carrie meets Alexander and even though I don't think he's all that attractive (he actually reminds me of anothony Hopkins in Silence of the Lambs) BUT I couldn't help but smile the entire episode. They were funny together. And even though Blair Underwood is one damn fine sexy man, I'm glad Miranda and Steve ended up together! |
