Yes this was primary recruitment. Registration numbers were significantly lower than normal and a large number of women withdrew after attending preference parties. This will drop total from 130 to just over 100. Since dorm contracts are for the full school year, even for chapters that can COB it's unlikely to help with their empty beds. Keep your UW housing corporations in your thoughts, they're in for a bumpy year.
