I'm sure you believe that, but as I said I do not think you understand what a sorority is really about.

You are immature. That much is obvious. Though that is common in kids your age, it's troubling that you are so dependent on a social life for academic success, are willing to miss class due to acne, and most importantly that you are such a glutton for punishment.

You are not ready for a sorority or other group that requires large time commitments, and you desperately need to re-evaluate your priorities. I again suggest an appointment with a professional as well as finding a class on study skills, and once you have your grades under control, a club that offers more social interaction than commitments. Most campuses offer them and almost every type of student can benefit from them. ("Them" being classes on study skills to clarify, though every campus offers at least a few clubs where you can find friends and social functions without the commitment required from a sorority).

Well, we've tried to help you. If you refuse to take advice, I highly suggest you find something else to do with your computer time. School work perhaps?

If you continue to behave this way, you deserve the flack you get on this thread.

Stop feeding the trolls.

And stop taking it seriously. I mean, come on. You're talking down to someone who can't put two words together. It is beyond NOT WORTH IT.

blondebabe8 06-07-2011 11:15 PM

behave in what way? defensively?

oncegreek 06-07-2011 11:16 PM

blondebabe8, if you wear pantyhose with sequins up the back, you are sure to be invited back to all of the top houses. The chapters will be fighting over you! Really. And your grades won't matter one little bit! Oh, and will you be rushing with your twin sister? ?

Speaking for ME, I will amuse myself as I please. No harm done, regardless of whether "it" is real or not.

What's it to you? No skin off your nose. Also, if typing these posts is working...well every job I've had has been cruel and unusual punishment.

Though for the record I'm not up on who is a repeat offender...I haven't been around much lately. Patterns escape me.

blondebabe8 06-07-2011 11:29 PM

im not crazy. all i wanted to know is if exceptions are ever made when your gpa is that close to the minimum. guess not?

Asked and answered, repeatedly. You now have no other reason to continue this thread. All better!

So here's my question: What sorority is actively pursuing an acne-ridden grade risk? Poppa Poppa Zit?

DeltaBetaBaby 06-07-2011 11:32 PM

F*cking grades, how do they work?

Acne is not the problem here. There are a lot of problems, but that's not it.

You are a grade risk. Saying your grades will improve and actually having a better GPA than 2.12 are two different animals.

Now, you said you were just here to find out if there are ever exceptions to the rule. You were answered several times. Why are you still posting in this thread?

Your GPA isn't even close honey. You're simply fantasizing about what it could be if you actually studied in summer session and got a 4.0. As if.
