At first I was a bit "screw you" on this one, but then DAMN YOU. Youre right. Last night I had a guest over. (Not ilovemyglo for those of you following along at home) So were messing around, I had rounded third base and was being waved in to home plate when I was asked, "Wanna try sex?"

But since my "guest" is a lowly freshman, and I am slightly *cough* older, I didnt wanna take advantage and hook up because this freshman (like all of them) is a bit self-concious and insecure. Also I could tell my guest wasnt really ready, but was trying to please me. So I said, "Why dont we wait a little longer till you know me better and feel a little more relaxed with the situation. Would that be OK?" My guest said "sure," and seemed a bit releaved. So we moved on to other tasks, and crash out. This morning, when my guest was headded home I suddenly realized what the hell I had done and the only thing that came to mind is the sound/music they play after you over bid or loose on the "Price is Right." Alls I could say was, "Damn" as Bob Barker motioned me off the playah stage and said his token, "Bye Bye now. We'll have the showcase showdown coming up, right after these messages."

I was trying to score points and be a gentleman instead of just getting my sausage wet.

Well, so the "guest" and I have been spending time together, and over the thanksgiving break I realize that I am developing feelings. I dont want to and wish I wasnt, but I am. So we talk about it and decide to explore the relationship further. Cool right? Welll.....

The I get a phone call THAT NIGHT from ilovemyglo, remember ilovemyglo...

At the end of last semester James was in the computer lab and started throwing the mac on ilovemyglo. He saw her from across the lab, but ilovemyglo initiates conversation. They agree to go out because James discovers that ilovemyglo is into country music (texas style) and drinking and James finds ilovemyglo atractive. So they go out. The first time they go to dinner and then the bar where ilovemyglo's friends hang out. (folowing each other there from the resturaunt) ilovemyglo has a few too many drinks and James tells ilovemyglo not to drive. So James and ilovemyglo take off with James driving. James, being the smooth devil that he is, takes ilovemyglo back to his apt, where they mess around (but no sex). The next morning, James takes ilovemyglo back to where her car is. They talk on the phone and email every now and then. A few weeks later, ilovemyglo sends James an email telling him that her friends are throwing her a birthday party and she wants him to stop by. She does, and James has a good time, and goes to the after party at ilovemyglo's house. James tries to leave, but ilovemyglo convinces him to stay. So it was all cool. James stays and in probably the sexiest night of his life, makes mad shakey crazy love to ilovemyglo, during a thunderstorm, windows open, candles lit, with John Coultrain playing in the background and it definately was the best sex James ever had.

So now I am really confused. Since I do like my "guest" but are not exclusive, and I am open to ilovemyglo, I am doing to go for the date, and see what happens. Just wanted to update everyone. Wish me luck.

That could be a possible explanation of her rekindled interest. On the other hand, perhaps the ladies are just now seeing what all of GC has know for quite a while!

Guest and ilovemyglo fortunately dont know each other or of each other. ilovemyglo is a grad student at UT in Austin and commutes 3 times a week, is 26 (way closer to my age and has the same interests. Totally what I was looking for, but there is the issue of her friends and family, yada...

"guest" <like how I still gotta use the quote marks> and I met through a friend a few months ago. Guest is a sophmore (transfer freshman) is way younger, cute, but needs some work on manners, responsibility (I think its an age thing) a horrible communicator, but the gal you could fall for, completely bewitching. UGH.

So we'll see whats up. If history is any lesson this week, i'll also get about 6 job offers after going 6 months without an interview.

Well remember I said I had developed feelings.

So we were supposed to go out last night but the weather got bad, so we postponed to tonight.

Met up at 8 at our mutual friend's Katie's place. So we go for Mexican food, it was good. Then head to University Bowl, to meet everyone else, Nick, Kate, Ross, Anna and Carlos. (Interesting in and of itself) so we meet up and you could cut the tension with a knife. Heres the deal. 'guest and Katie and Nick went to school together. So we meet up withthem. It proceeds to get really wierd....

Nick and Katie used to be together, but are just good friends now. Katie used to like ross, but now likes Sean who told her today he wasnt interested. Anna is the little sister of the chapter president who used to date carlos who showed upo unexpectedly. Anna used to like my brother Patrick, who was the cause of the drama with my friend beth a few months back. Remember Anna kisse patrick and Beth got pissed. Well, she decided it was to wierd to see a brother of her brothers, so she now likes Nick. Todd, Nicks roomie shows up, but cant know that Nick and anna are messing around or that 'guest and I are interested. Then my chapter starts to show up at the bowling alley. Ross' big shows up with his other little, then Bryan with his g/f,. Jon, Greg, Eric, Edward, Jason, Ryan, Merk, and his g/f all show up. I am thinking, OK, I am on a DATE here. And my chapter shows up. THe other wierd thing is that Katie andNick and todd and 'guest is who I hang out with to get away from the chapter. NOW THE TWO GROUPS ARE BOWLING TOGETHER. Just too many worlds colliding.

Anyway, so after bowling we decide to eat. 'guest and I decide to stop by my place so I could take some asprin (I really did have a headache) and we sit down on the couch and start making out. Cool. 'guest is distant. I inquire. Guest tells me "Remember the discussion, I just dont feel the same way you do. I just have too many things in my life right now that I need to sort out." I was like I am a bit dissapointed, but understand. I am still glad I said something, but disapointed none the less.

KABM, James, boys, be proud. I still managed to get a little somthin' outta the deal. I justr knew which buttons to push and before ling I got, "This is gonna sound crass, but wanna f**k?" It was so on, 'bow chicka bow wow." I figued I could at least get the sausage wet. So I guess its ther friends with benefits thing. I hear a booty call in my future. At least I got that outta the deal and didnt go out like a played out fool. Other positive thing, I get to go out with ilovemyglo tomorrow night. Coolness.

Other bit of good news, I start a new job tomorrow. p/t, but helps withthe bills. PIMPIN computers at Gateway. So I'll be all about GC now. Yep, ya know Ima addict when I get a job where I can indulge my habit. Hells yeah.
