This is a complete shock - a mother is upset about a TV ad that negatively depicts her daughter.

Donors never agree with every move a candidate makes. I understand, because of the Huffington Post's political leanings, why they posted on this, but I don't understand why this is a story outside of that forum.

perhaps because it rather directly relates to mccains campaign style, of the week, of playing to peoples ignorance instead of their intelligence.
and that it is in the general news.

and to continue with their new style or way of campaigning, they seem to have already forgotten about one of their earlier ads. what was it that mccains campaign said just the other day about obama raising the race card first?

or was that the real start of their humorous, fun campaign style? which they seemed to have indicated started last week.

What amazes me is that both candidates are going to say what the feel the people want to hear.

But realize, who ever gets into the Big White House are only a small part of our Government and does not pass legislation!

They may promise any and everything, the Congress enact the laws.

Obama is a better orater than McCain, McCain has more experience and I wonder who in their right mind would want the damn job anyway?

true. congress does enact the laws. and for how many years has one party controlled the congress? and made some pretty strong efforts to control the supreme court? and now seems to have been caught attempting to politicize several agencies?

and yes, one can wonder why people wish to run for any type of political office anymore.

while this may just be one of the oddest political ads ever done, it is most likely the hottest:
