Texas does have 15 chapters...
However, it is interesting to note that Pennsylvania has 14 chapters! South Carolina and Georgia are tied with 10 chapters each. |
Cane, also SC is notable for ZTA because out of all NPC chapters, ZTA has the most in that state - so you see TONS of ZTA stickers on cars in SC :)
