You being from Fargo explains a whole lot to me. Rainbow and Cub are less janky than Aldi but are not the creme de la creme of the Twin Cities grocery experience by any means.

And pray tell, what fine stores in Fargo do you shop at?

Ya know, I'm not going to get into where I shop to you guys anymore, because this thread has all of a sudden turned into the cheerfulgreek comedy hour.

So what if I'm from Fargo Mn. Big deal. I'm starting medical school in September so starting in June I won't be in Minnesota at all. I'm done talking about it, so get over it!

I hate it when you're looking for something and the only person around that you ask for help says "Oh, I can't help you, I'm already off the clock" or "It's my break". I dunno, just seems like customer service isn't too high a priority anymore. Then again, this was at Wal-Mart so maybe if they paid their employees a bit more, they'd be happier to help and oh, do their job.

I thought you were starting veterinary school...

If you don't want to be mocked, you need to work on your sentence structure. The way you wrote what you wrote is that you find people at Walmart AND Target to be trashy. Go back and read it out loud-you'll see why people picked this point up.

Thank you for informing me that I am low class because the main source of shopping in my immediate area is WalMart. It's always pleasant to read such things.

That's what she said in all the other threads. I mean, I'm not a doctor but I'm pretty sure there's a big difference between med school and vet school. One being, oh, I don't know, the type of patients you learn to deal with, lol.

I wonder if she's going to treat low-class animals...I mean, if their owner shops at Walmart for their pet food, they can't be top tier, can they? Trashy pets just won't due for cheerfulgreek's vet practice.

summer_gphib 05-30-2007 09:20 AM

Ok, how you got into vet or med school is shocking to me. Whatever "book sense" you have, you don't seem to have an ounce of common sense. You make yourself look dumb, so you are either falling into the "oh I'm just a stupid girl" stereotype, or you actually are. I've also never known a vet or med school student who wasn't fully aware of MENSA. LOL. We all say or do stupid things, but after reading a lot of your posts, you are taking the cake.

I'm not offended if you see me as trashy. lol. I shop at DG market so I assume that makes me the lowest of low. Whatever. I don't have to prove that I am this or that on a message board. It's actually almost funny.

However, I was always taught that it was smart to "shop cheap," if you wanted to keep your money. And honey, Crest is Crest, no matter where it is bought. So I'd rather keep what I've saved and go on a great vacation or do something fun. Maybe that explains why hubby and travel four or five weeks a year. lol. I'm just that trashy.

I was banned from a Wal-Mart in KC for stealing WWJD? bracelets. Does that make me trashy?

J/K.

Stealing from Walmart doesn't make you trashy.

Living in KC makes you trashy.;)

I'm asking this because today I was at Walmart picking up a couple of items. Well, I'm not the most patient person in the world  but this lady was holding up the line in the self checkout lane. She was just standing there staring at the screen. Finally, the cashier walked up and pushed the "finish pay" button on the screen for her. That's all she had to do. I mean my gosh this isn't rocket science. I ended up going to a different lane and when I did there was a lady with way more than the 10-12 items or less that was required in that lane. OMG, so she forgets her wallet in the car. I was standing behind her with only 2 items, and I had to wait for her to go to the car to get her wallet. I was SO annoyed. Some people are just....ooooh!

I'm sorry... okay maybe not... she would have had to cancel her stuff and rescan it when she got back in the store with the wallet. There is no way I would have waited for her to come back!!

Maybe you should stop starting threads then. I was going to back off picking on you, but you continue to act like the biggest idiot. Either you really are an idiot, or you are so absolutely sheltered from the rest of the world.

I'd like your name, this way if I'm ever in an area you're in, you will NEVER be my doctor. Or my dog's. Whichever school you decided to pretend to go to.

Ooops. Silly me (giggle) :o

Hey I was on the phone at 1 in the morning while typing at the same time. I was thinking medicine and typed medical. Well, you know what I meant. :p

I know. I did go back to re-read it, and I saw the typo. I didn't mean Target. Thanks centaur.:)

So you are going into medicine school?
