Didn't she get in trouble for being paid to endorse a line of jeans, then accidentally letting it slip in an interview that another line of jeans were her favorite? Seems like I remember her getting sued over it.

If that's the case, then I guess the Accutane vs. ProActive thing shouldn't be all that surprising.

I think it was Uma Thurman or Charlize Theron(sp?) who had a contract with one watch company, then was photographed wearing a Dior watch. She got in major trouble from what I heard.

Agreed, the GF Grill is TEH GREATNESS! I love mine, but I got it at Wally World (Wal-Mart), not off TEH television.

It kept getting tangled in our hair and was NOT as easy as it looked on TV. Plus, it took me an hour to do 1/4 of my hair instead of the bullshit 20 minutes they claimed it took to do a whole head of hair. Total rip-off!

Oh man, I just saw a commercial for something like that the other day that looked like it worked really well and was planning on trying to find some reviews on it. From the commercials, it looked like it was amazing. I wonder if it's the same one.

Yes she did. She has that Princy by Jessica Simpson brand that they sell in the Brass Plum at Nordstrom (that's the only place I ever saw it) and they made jeans and casual clothes. Then in an interview someone asked her what her favorite jeans were and she said "True Religion". I believe the company sued her for breach of contract.

Hahhah! My fiance got me the magic bullet, bc I was always complaining about not having enough time to cook and whatnot. I had never seen the commercial, so when I opened this HUGE box that said Magic Bullet, I thought - What kinda toy is this big???? wow.

I still dont use it that often, but when I do, it's great.

Yup. That's the one! What it did was make me late b/c I had to redo my entire head of hair which is long & curly. 3/4 of my hair was in curls and 1/4 was in a frizzy semi-straight pouf.

Has anyone tried the hair straightener that has the plates with the fine combs built in? They show it on QVC or one of those shopping channels, and the guy that sells it has this huge frizzy, greased back ponytail. I always wonder why he's flat ironing the heck out of some girl's fro, but he has a frizzy mess of a ponytail?

I know who you are talking about--he's on HSN.

I wondered about his ponytail, too. I have the small straightener because my hair is short. It works well for bangs and straightening parts out that want to go bouffy. My hair is pretty curly and I like it.

O wow. I would have just laughed in her face:D

This isn't an infomercial/order off TV product, per say....but I just have to say that the new L'Oreal Vive Pro Conditioner that they've been advertising is TEH POO. It really did make my hair mirror shiny and cashmere soft!!

They demonstrated those at a fashion show, and they're not half bad. I would imagine that someone with arthritis or such would love them.

My brother got our dog the steps, but he won't use them. Maybe when he realizes he's not part flying squirrel he will, though.

ETA: I was recently given a food dehydrator, but there were no recipes with it. Does anyone else use one?
