This is a topic that comes up every couple of months on another forum that I post on. Apparently teens that get pregnant (out of wedlock) in England receive something known as a “council house.” Basically if you think American Taxpayers get screwed over on teen pregnancy lets just say that European welfare programs defiantly go above and beyond.

I don't believe the percentages were as high, but she said she used to walk home from school and pass a home for unwed mothers where there would be about 15-16 babies in the house at anytime.

Oh wow! I just saw this thread and had the opportunity to view that video. I was sitting here with jaw to the dang floor. If my daughter ever got that out of hand, I'm afraid I might kill her from beating her down. :(
