Lauren is annoying me with this Spencer thing. Yes, Heidi is an idiot and Spencer's a lame. But Lauren's whole "you never choose a man over your friend" shows her age. |

I still can't stop doing a chuckle a la Beavis and Butthead everytime they show Spencer. |
OK what drugs is Spencer taking? Seriously I don't think he's been normal in any episode, my friends and I are leaning towards steroids cuz he always has veins popping out on his neck, or coke because he pretty much has no control over his jaw. Every time they show up I just get annoyed cuz he's such a douhebag.

He is easily the biggest loser, GDI queer I have ever seen. |
I think that he's just a tool......and he's sounding slightly too much like a not hot Matthew McConaughey using SoCal slang wannabe for my taste.

I'm *gasp* feeling sorry for Heidi after this episode. I think Lauren is putting her in a tough spot. Everyone knows that it's hard to date someone that your freinds don't particularly like. While Spencer is shady, Lauren needs to respect her choice to get back witrh him. All she's doing is putting a strain on her friendship by continuing to bring it up.

Spencer just wants to cause trouble...he's a playboy and it's totally obvious
|
1. Spencer's an idiot
2. LC is intruding a little too much. 3. Heidi is blind to the facts. |
I believe Spencer has some kind of compulsive lying disorder. He just cannot seem to get a story straight and he likes to embellish to make himself look better.
I don't feel bad for Heidi--she chose to spend the night at Spencers, hang out all the time with Spencer...etc. Of course you are going to lose touch with your friends when you spend all your time with you boyfriend. |
Lauren needs to back off and mind her own business. Everyone's been in a situation where they don't like their friend's boyfriend. She made her feelings known, that should've been the end of it. If Heidi gets hurt, she was warned and it's her own fault for not listening to everyone else.
That being said, it seems like Spencer is brainwashing Heidi. I always wonder what they think when they watch these episodes and see what was going on behind their back. |
Yeah Spencer would be very bad playing the game of telephone. On the Lauren/Heidi situation, I think Lauren is actually in the right on this one. Especially considering that Heidi (apparently) did the same thing to her with Jason. I mean, that AND that Spencer totally confronted Lauren when they were all out....that was a little uncalled for.
The previews for next week look awesome. I'm excited. |
Spencer & Brody really are douche bags:
http://www.people.com/people/article...012316,00.html He's denying it now, but I believe Details. |
I do agree with you guys, to a point, that LC is intruding too much into Heidi's relationship. But I understand where LC is coming from. I'm dealing with a similar issue at the moment. My "best" and "closest" friend here is dating a guy that NO ONE approves of anymore, and she lies saying she's not with him (even though she is) and now she's back with him. I understand Lauren's frustration with Heidi cause i'm having that same frustration. Its hard to just back away when you know that your friend is just going down the road to destruction. How can you just leave your friend alone to deal with it, especially when you live with friend! You have to see that relationship daily!!

I'm with Lauren on this one. I can't stand it when friends ask me for advice, I give them my honest opinion, then they ignore it and want to continue to air all their related problems to me. Lauren has to live with Heidi and listen to her complain about Spencer daily. And I wouldn't want Heidi giving my number to Spencer's friends...maybe Lauren didn't want to associate with Brody? Guilty by association, I say. Especially after he's already been with Kristin C., right? Ew.
It just reminds me of how young they are. Eventually they'll learn that it's good to trust your instincts, and that if something seems fishy, it usually is. Spencer is a total player, I'm sure Heidi knows it, but she thinks he'll change. He won't...at least not for several years probably...not until someone calls him on it and dumps his ass. Audrina knows what's going on...maybe she's learned from past experience. Funny how they seem to expect a lot from their "boyfriends" in the ways of looks, money, etc. but don't have high standards for character traits. I'm sure they'll figure that out as they get older too. |
