You should try Crystal Light. It adds a little flavor but only 5 calories per serving. I like the fruit punch and kiwi- strawberry kinds.

I am just the opposite. When I am going through my appetite is gone. I actually lose a lot of weight and have to make myself eat.

OK, I am joining the challenge. I will try to earn 2 pts. a day for water intake and checking in until May 10th, which is when finals are officially OVER!! I have NO time for exercise right now, let alne eating right and all that. I have been studying dang near around the clock, averaging no more than about 4 hrs. of sleep every night. The life of a student....

However, on May 11th, I'M ALL IN!! Yes in deed. I am going to be super sexy for the Fall semester. It's time to reclaim my life.
