Here's my little story I'd like to share: When I was new on campus, I decided to go as incognito as possible as not to attract a fanclub. I showed a little interest in a sister and she brushed me off. A few months passed by and I met another sister whom I dated consistently. The same sister that had previously brushed me off evidently started asking around campus who I was.

Somehow, she found out who I was--one day she scoped me out in the cafeteria, waited until my girl walked to the other side of the cafeteria then, she approached me at the buffet table. She walked up to me with a big smile and said: "Hello, [insert my name here] nice day isn't it?" I looked at her, thinking to myself: "How the hell does she know my name?" Cracked a smile, and walked away.

Next thing I know, sisters start approaching me at random, slipping in their initial conversations with me: "You're the guy in the black car with the tag." Those encounters cracked me up left and right. :D

Man....I justed wanted people's opinion on the thread I started. This has turned into some sort of battle of the sexes ordeal....

That wasn't what I was refering to, Crimson. I was alluding to my short story. The point of the story was, I chose not to wear my paraphernalia just to see how peeps would receive me as a GDI at the HBCU I attended. The regular brothers were cool with me but the sisters were picky about who they talked to until they found out I was an Alpha then, here comes the phone calls and the hellos--shallow.

The sister I was dating at the time was going through intake with the Deltas so, she wanted to be as low key as possible, which was ideal for me at the time.

Brother, a topic like this is a very sensitive topic for many GLO sisters. You're not going to get a real answer to your question, BlackAdam, at least not the kind of answer you're looking for. The people that really need to bring up the opinions will choose to lurk and keep quiet because they know they'll end up being ridiculed like I have.

Thank you, SKEEphi. That lemon Clorox probably has a better after taste than that phospho soda. However, I'll have to pass on that Clorox because the scent might clash with my CK cologne. Thank's anyway though. :)

You know what? I also saw how this SKEEphi sister was also very rude with another person, tripplej, in another thread, as if she owned this site.

I've recieved nothing but negative, one-sided responses for posting my OPINION and you think I'm going to basically tell you people who I am? I don't care what kind of garbage you're alluding to by asking my age--I won't put up with being badgered and harrassed by people that call themselves being of a GLO and making calluous, arrogant, conceited, narrow-minded, uncalled for responses to a new members posts with as much warmth as a dog biscutt.

No wonder the topics in this forum are so dry and unappealing. You know what? I've made up my mind about this site. This site isn't worth my time if this is the treatment one will recieve. Thanks for showing me your true colors early in the game.
