I too find it interesting that there is this upspring of sorority books. This book could have simply been about 4 close friends from college but I guess when you throw in that sorority angle, you add an additional angle into your consumer market. Had I known, it would have been a library check out.

I am glad I am not the only one who felt this way.

I have included the link to some new books that are out that I posted in DST forum if anyone is interested in new reads:

I think I will pass on this one. I read Sorority Sisters, and it was just ok, a juvenile read, I'll recommend it for incoming freshmen.

Well The Sisters of Theta Phi Kappa is post college life but the women are in a sorority. They are adults but all pledged a sorority together. It was good but the sorority part was an unnecessary accesory.

I just read The Vagina Monologues by Eve Ensler. I hope the live performance lives up to the hoopla, because the book sure doesn't.

After I saw the movie, I started reading Feat of All Saints by Anne Rice. Based on what I've read so far the movie was a good but brief adaptation of the book. The stories is much better ( as usual) in the book.

This is a really good read.

I read like a maniac, so I've started and finished three books in the past week.

Thirst For Rain-Rosalyn Carrington
Married Men-Carl Weber
Child of God-Lolita Files

I recommend all of them.

I just got finished reading a book called Addicted. I cannot remember off the top of my head who wrote it.

But it was a good one, to say the least. It is about a woman who has an unhealthy addiction to sex as a result of an incident from her childhood that she cannot remember. Since she is addicted she does a variety of "crazy" things which get her in trouble and ultimately lead to the untimely demise of some people.

If anyone is interested, I can get the authors' name.
