7/8 for me, but as a friend was one of Crash's producers, I am HAPPY.

Just saw this quote, and loved it:

"I do have some sad news to report. Bjork couldn't be here tonight. She was trying on her Oscar dress and Dick Cheney shot her." - Jon Stewart.

Great news about Crash!!!!

And holy hell Matt Dillon looked fine.

I'm glad about Crash also.

And Matt Dillon looks just as hot as ever. He really hasn't changed. Between him and Clooney, I am a happy woman.

I was happy when "March of Penguins" won their category. Reese Witherspoon did make a great speech.

if anyone really thought that either Capote or Brokeback Moutain was going to win for Best Picture.....I am sorry, but you are dreaming, there is no way *still* in today's society that either one of those pictures would win....based on subject matter alone.....

And that is where you are wrong. The Academy votes, not the general public. And Los Angeles and the film industry are VERY liberal and open

well like I said, I saw PRE HYPE and hype does affect one's opinion. Heath Ledger's performance was supoerb and Ang Lee's direction beautiful.
Ummm and a lot of critics that didn't like it, saw it pre-hype.
