Don't forget about Wingate!

I think Warren Wilson takes the cake. You've got his last name covered, and the double-W sound!

Hmm, avoiding "state" school-sounding names, what about Newberry? Stetson?

Miami?

ETA: Webb (from Gardner-Webb) and Lenoir/Lenora (from Lenoir-Rhyne)

If I were to name my child after a school, of course it would be my alma mater......Ashland.:D

Girls:
Trinity (Trinity University)
Georgia
Auburn (of course...that seems to be the concensus of everyone)
Clara (from Santa Clara University)
Sierra or L'Sierra (from La Sierra University)--lol
Pepperdine (this should have been my alma mater)
Geneva (from Geneva College)

Boys:
Paul Quinn
Edward (from St. Edward's U.)
Xavier
Clark (from Clark Atlanta University)
Morris (from Morris Brown College)
George (from Georgetown University)
Ross (from Sul Ross St. University)

Then there are these names (for a girl) that I would NOT choose:
Immaculata (from Immaculata University)---LMFAO!!!
Susquehanna (from Susquehanna University)

----How about something like USF (pronounced U-SEF) for a boy?? ROTFLMFAO!!

Yes! I forgot about those.

I think Dalhousie could be a unisex name.

Francis Xavier
Mary (as in St. Mary's)
Vincent (as in Mount St. Vincent)
Concordia
Trent

There's always Allison (as is Mount Allison) for a girl.

Francis Marion and Hampton Sydney - could either be unisex or Twin's names.

Oooh, know what would be great for twin boys? Usna and Usma . And when they grow up they could join the Navy and the Army.
Don't forget if there's a triplet, he's gotta be Usafa. (Though that might come a little close to the spelling of Public Enemy Number One Usama bin Laden!)

GO AIR FORCE... BEAT ARMY... SINK NAVY! (Not this year...!)
