I can't say for sure, and I'm not an international officer. I could be wrong, but it is not the job of the sober sister to prevent underage drinking - that's the bartender's/bouncer's liability. All the sober sisters do is (1) take a pledge to remain sober at A Phi events and (2) "look out for" sisters who are assigned to them.

This doesn't have anything to do with a third party vendor at a closed party for 2 or 4 groups, which is what we're discussing. This was a philanthropy event open to everyone. Completely different situation.
