This is a topic that has been discussed a lot recently, and I brought it up. So what? And guess what, no one has to listen to or care about my opinion. Those who want to be anonymous can keep on doing so. I have absolutely zero power over anyone here, unless they post in the KD or events forum. Oooohhh. Big deal. But myself and others ARE allowed to express our opinions on it and let people know that they might not be taken seriously by others. |

I just don't understand the hoopla over all of this. People create new usernames because (insert reason here). Whatever -- it's their username and unless John makes a rule about only one username per IP address, then they can have 69 if they so choose. Personally, I prefer someone becoming a new anonymous user who posts seriously than someone who creates a new puppet username just to be obnoxious. What's funny is that several people who have posted in this thread have multiple usernames, some of which are meant to be anonymous and obnoxious. |
I think it would be real nifty if we were all just nice to each other :)
-Rudey --But then again, I hate you all and hope the worst for each of you (I'm kidding) |

If it means anything, I catch a lot of crap for half the ish that I post, not only on GC but also on LJ as well...but many of the fine folx of our organization know all too well that this is how I am -- and they know that my opinions do not reflect the Fraternity's opinions in any way. Sure it'd be easy to just start all over, but for what? It's really not worth it. |

My thing is, what's the point? Why get a second one unless its for nefarious purposes?

I will probably never hold an office as an alum outside of my local alum chapter because a) I'm not really interested and b) I probably won't have the time. All I know is that I was an active and contributing member to Delta Sigma as a collegian and I try to the best of my ability to do the same as an alum by attending as many events as possible and by paying my dues often and on time (as far as membership goes). In the sisterhood sense, I consider some of my AGD sisters my best friends to this day...and I'm thankful that I have a bunch I can call on both locally and inter/nationally. They're there for me, and I try to be there for them as best as I can. It's Epsilon Pi all the way. I'll be OTW no matter what, regardless of what I say or do online. My opinions are such because I am OTW and not OTW the AGD. And if an AGD has a problem with that and tells me so online because they can take comfort in knowing that they can hide behind a computer, then she better steer clear away from me because if I ever see her at Convention, I'll let her know what I really feel. |

Sorry, I'm not going to start calling people out. Some of them are obvious, and some of them are not-so-obvious. I was surprised at one particular one when I found out who it was.
Besides, I don't want my "source" to stop talking to me. :) |
Lol! Booby, if she threatens to torture me I may have to tell her some of your other secrets. Can you forgive me?
|
Your "source" could easily be wrong. I don't even know who's behind all the names.
|
People still think I was Internet Lawyer.
