I actually liked it. I prefer him on TV than the radio. The hollering on the radio sometimes gets my panties in a bunch. I'm like 'why all the blasting screaming??"

The only thing I didn't like was the first segment where the guests have their backs to the audience in that semi-circle bar thingee. I think that's real rude looking.

But I was laughing the entire time.

That actor lady (whatever her name was), was annoying me.

OK...I thought it was me who believed that Michael Baisden is a bit too loud. Some of his topics are interesting but it sounds as if he keeps repeating the same ones, over and over again.

There are so many issues in our communities that need to receive a national forum and unfortunately, those issues are being lost in the commerical radio shuffle.

Having moved from a place where I can no longer listen to the Tom Joyner and Russ Parr Shows, I've founf MB's show pretty good, for one reason: he deals with real, sometimes controversial, issues that affect people's lives, and he tries to get a broad spectrum of ages in on the conversation. As a Christian, I think his forums on the state of the black church are interesting and needed--when will you hear any self-critical dialogue about any of the ills of the black church? I think he has a thing against all forms of hypocrisy and all abuse. I applaud him on that. And Geogee W. is funny!

I agree

as loud as he is, he does try to get a very real viewpoint on issues. i have listened to him more because i do appreciate the work he has done with the jena six case. he seems to be getting away from frivolous topics and talking about some very serious stuff w/o sounding stuffy and full of rhetoric.

i could be wrong because i dont listen to his show daily.
