She's my favorite too!
As for why we don't strive to look like these women? God knows that plenty of girls in this country do. Hello, to eating disorders, the billion (or is it trillion?) dollar diet industry, the enormous rise in plastic surgery, the hair dye and makeup industries . . . The problem is that for most of us it's just not feasible. And well, personally, I could either spend eight hours a day in the gym so that I could look (somewhat) like one of these women, or I could spend those eight hours a day doing something worthwhile. I've already done the eight hours a day in the gym thing, didn't like it, so I'm going to try something new now.
Strangely enough, some women in this country do have more on their mind than getting thousands of men to chase after them.

I'm all for women finding themselves attractive. Considering how few of them there are out there who actually believe it, I think it's great. The thing is, most of the women I know who legitimately think they're beautiful don't need to talk about it all the time . . . which sounds like you're just trying to convince others when you don't really believe it yourself. Just a thought.
