the Cinti Jazz Festival is great. i go just about every year. the music is great. it's also a great time to people-watch, you don't know what you're going to see at the concerts. if you think you're going to come, make your reservations. hotel rooms go real quick around here...

Yes, that is the same area. I lived @ 1133 E. 18th Ave. up until the age of 2, moved to Franklinton (the west side), aka The Bottoms up until the age of 16 (another hood, residents are known as the River Rats). From there we moved to the Near East Side near Children's Hospital. I now live in a house I purchased in Canal Winchester.
